My husband and I went on the Riverfront Cruise today in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It was hot and sunny, but there is a whole air conditioned downstairs. However, the handprints all over the windows deterred me,as I wanted to take a lot of pix. We went upstairs, and found a place to sit. The Captain was knowledgeable about the history of tthe... More

Had a lovely late afternoon/early evening cruise along the intercoastal waterways. It was a nice ride with narration in just the right amount. Quick snacks are sold, but we brought along our own bottled waters and small snacks. The crew was friendly and the narrator did a great job! Short ride, but just enough to see the local waterways, some... More

We had a good time on the cruise---went through the waterways and got to see some fancy homes and yachts! Our tour guide was good, too! It was a scenic and relaxing 90 minute boat ride. The parking situation was a little frustrating, the cute riverwalk area by the boats is vacant, so there wasn't much to do in the... More

This 90 minutes cruise brings you to some canals in Fort Lauderdale (called the Venice of North America). These are beautiful places difficult to see otherwise. The captain is commenting most of the time with very interesting facts and anecdotes. The canal of multi-millions $ houses is very interesting (Lee Majors, Wendy's chain owner, and many others). Worth the cost.

We had a Groupon, and took the 3 PM cruise. It was a full boat, mostly with a group of Russian teens who were studying at the language institute nearby. The top (open) deck is covered and it was comfortable on a warm afternoon. The capt. narrated the cruise as we floated past beautiful huge homes and yachts. Some of... More

This was a very nice, relaxing riverfront tour. The crew was really friendly. The captain pointed out a lot of different things on the water, including historical landmarks, million dollar homes, and beautiful yachts. Not to mention some crocodiles and iguanas too!

My son and I took this cruise/tour on June 15th. It is comfortable and relaxing with a bar, food and a rest room. Even on this hot day the breeze as we moved mitigated the heat and humidity. It is amazing to look at these homes lining the shore and think of the millions of dollars each one is worth.... More

Riverfront Cruises provides a relaxing, enjoyable tour of the New River as it heads out to the Atlantic. The captain points out who owns what mansion, yacht, etc. with a touch of humor as you pass through incredible scenery. There is an upper deck which catches a nice breeze, and the lower deck is enclosed and air conditioned in case... More

Had a great sightseeing tour of the watersways of Ft. Lauderdale. We were given the fifty cent tour by a very entertaining captain who told us the residents of the beautiful waterway homes and threw in his comments of the sate of the union and mankind to boot. We enjoyed it. The price for two was fify-five dollars including five... More

Nice of them to hold the boat for us. We had received bad directions and ended up running to get there. You can sit indoors, but it's best to sit outside upstairs for the views. Our caption was very knowledgeable of the homes and yachts that we saw along the canals. The drinks were over priced however ($19 for 2... More
