A very disapointing visit, not worth the price.Displays advertised still closed. Too many screaming running kids.Only good when taking small kids very little interest to adults and older people. Save your money for this trip and do something else with the time.

We love this museum. We bought the annual family pass and every time we are in Florida to visit our grandchildren we take them to the museum. It has tremendous educational and entertainment value for the children. Our grandkids aged 8,6 and 4 love the place and they are thrilled to do the airplane flight simulations or any one of... More

this is the place to see the most natural wildlife in florida. the MOSI in Tampa is really something. The exibits captivate the kids. the butterfly garden is the most serene place in the middle of the city of tampa. I recommend you visit this museum if you really want to learn all the things that florida is famous for... More

My children always loved this place. The best times to visit if possible is during school hours. The mornings a usually quite. They have LOTS of hands on along with class rooms for special programs. It's a GREAT birthday place!

Great museum and attractions. Up to date and clean. Our 5 yr old son loved the megaladon, the airboat ride and the plane simulators. They also have otters, alligators and a sea turtle. There is a subway and auntie Anne's so you don't have to plan lunch. Plan about 4 hours to get through. It is all indoors so bring... More

This is a perfect museum for all ages. They had a fair share of aquatic animals and a ton of scientific displays - everything from fossils to aviation to the human body. I highly recommend this if visiting the Fort Lauderdale area - especially with kids!

The museum is small, tailored to kids, very loud and takes about 80 minutes to see everything. Half of the facility is closed for renovations including the IMAX untill late October. Some of the wildlife, although cute, is old and sick looking. Unless you have kids, I would strongly recommend visiting another attraction.

Great Museum for children. A lot of inter-activate displays and natural displays depicting Florida and its natural beauty.

We spent about three hours at the museum and the time flew by. When you walk in, you're greeted by an airy and spacious open area with several exhibit entrances in view. There are exhibits on the natural environment, the Florida water system, a simulated Everglades ride, several aquariums with different species of fish and terrariums with various snakes and... More
