It was a chilly day so we didn't see as much wildlife as we might have otherwise. Dress in layers, its chilly in the winter. We saw a wonderful assortment of birds but no alligators or manatees. Our guide was very informative and the trip down the mangrove tunnels was definitely worth the trip.

If you love wildlife and want to see dolphins, birds and manatee's this is a trip for you. This was our second trip we took my father in law, this round. We saw two large pods of dolphins and a new baby dolphins amongst the group. The guides were great, knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time on the Mangrove Tour. Captain Teddy provided lots of information while guiding the boat in a masterful manner. We saw dolphins which I think was rare for this tour. Saw some alligators and were literally ducking our heads during some portions while in the mangroves (high tide). My ten year old son had the best... More

We took the 11:30 AM cruise of the 10,000 islands. There were four of us place eight others. We were an international group with people from the US, England, and France. We all enjoyed our hour and half cruise. The highlights were seeing several dolphin close to the boat, seeing a beautiful osprey, and the white pelicans flying in mass.... More

The tour was a lot of fun. The staff was very nice and stopped anywhere or is returned where there was something to see. They also have very well informed about the flora and fauna. We have seen not only alligators and crocodiles, but also dolphins. :) The story of the man made channel was also very interesting.

Took the 9:15 Mangrove Tour with one other couple on a boat seating 6. CPT Josh did his best to find wildlife-visiting the dolphin area both outgoing and enroute back. The forested "lanes" the boat navigated were truly a natural beauty. Various birds were spotted and identified by Josh. One alligator, buried deep in the Mangroves was our only sighting... More

Loved the ride! The Captain was very informative on all the birds and fish living there. My husband stayed behind me to tip the Captain and the other young man(I think we were the only ones to tip them). My husband was in the car and I stood outside the car looking at my video from the boat ride. The... More

We really wanted to go on the Mangrove Tour. However, because it only takes 6 people at a time, the restrictions made it impossible for us to go. No refunds are given unless they cancel for bad weather (lightning or hurricanes, apparently). You have to pay ahead and if your preferred time is full, they simply move you to another... More

We recently visited the Everglades National Park, through Everglades City. We knew we wanted to take a boat tour through the mangroves, and expected that the Airboats were our best option. With an 18month old baby, we were not sure how well she would do with the loudness of the Airboats, or even if it was a possible to do... More
