Okay. It was a perfect morning: clear skies, no wind, mild temperature and humidity, no bugs, and water as smooth as glass, but with Christina as our guide our kayak tour couldn’t be beat. We spent four hours on the East River spotting alligators, negotiating mangrove tunnels, and watching herons and egrets out on the flooded prairie. Made me wish... More

We took the early morning 4-hour paddling trip. It was wonderful. Our guide, John, was extremely knowledgable, and knew the waterways well enough to point out lots of wildlife and flora that we would have missed. The equipment was in great condition and he gave us lots of tips for paddling in tight places.

While I found the people on the phone not very flexible we were more than satisfied with the actual adventure! We tried to reserve our spots ahead and were more than willing to leave a deposit on our credit card but would have preferred to pay in cash once we got there. The answer was no. If we wanted to... Our guide was Dustin and he was great. He was patient with those who were new to kayaking and engaging with all ages on our tour. We loved his stories and knowledge of the alligators, birds, plants, and trees on the trip. He encouraged our engagement by asking us questions at different tour stops. His dry sense of humor kept... The 2 hour tour was a great kayaking trip, and Dustin our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the plants, animals, and everglades eco system. We saw and came face to face with many bird species and several gators! Great trip. Well worth the cost and 2 hour drive from Key Largo.

Great time, lots to see. Dillon was our guide. He was knowledgeable and inclusive. We put in on the Turner river, did some river kayaking for about 45 min then entered the closer more confined mangrove area. Lots of birds, limpkin, great blue heron, little green herons, osprey, white ibis, alligator, mosquitoes, an invasive channel apple snail egg mass, orchids... More

If you read the Watson Trilogy by Peter Matthiessen or any of Carl Hiaasen's books or even Randy Wayne White's Doc Ford books you will get a great deal more out of this tour! Ron, our guide, was fantastic and we saw so many more things with a naturalist than if we had kayaked ourselves. Bugs were minimal and he... More

I booked to go on the magic of the mangroves kayak tour down the River Turner and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought it was much better than the touristy airboat experience I did last time. If you enjoy kayaking or fancy the idea of it I'd highly recommend this. This was a serene tranquil experience that was very relaxing and... More

Took kayaks on the turner river tour which was amazing. Kristina was our guide and while she is new to the area she was very informative of the area. We saw many gators along the way and lots of birds as well. It was a 4 hour trip but at a very relaxed pace. We plan to do the sunset... More

We went out kayaking with our guide Dustin and could not have asked for a better experience. Dustin was really knowledgeable regarding the Everglades and when we kayaked to a spot under the Cypress trees, he stopped and explained a lot about the trees, surrounding area and inhabitants. We then went through the Mangrove Forest, which was not only great... More
