I visit this course every chance I get. It is very challenging but also very fair. Tons of undulation on the greens, especially for Florida. They also have an excellent practice facility. This course is out in a preserve setting, not surrounded by homes like so many other courses in Florida.

Saw some good reviews and some bad reviews about the course, and decided to form my own opinion. I liked that it was in an undeveloped area with no houses or city around. The layout was quite pleasing and a very nice course. the only red flag was that when asked how the greens were rolling, the attendant told us... More

If you are in the area you MUST play this course. If you are not in the area, hire a car and get down here. This course is one not to be missed. This non resort course has a beautiful layout meandering through the trees and lakes. Each hole has something different. Fairways and greens were manicured and the friendliness... More

This is by far the most beautiful and challenging golf course in SWFL. The grounds are maintained impeccably. Greens are lightning fast. Be prepared to lose lots of balls. The slope is ridiculous and makes every other course in the area seem easy. If you feel up to taking the challenge, try it out. The staff are great and funny... More

The course is nice but very challenging. Much too tough for my skill level. If you aren't precise with your shot placements make sure to bring plenty of balls!

As mid-handicappers we were tested by this nicely laid out course. Each hole presents a unique view, and even though the greens were rather slow the undulations on each one made putting a challenge. Only thing missing were ball washers and shoe brushes at the teees. The GPS in the carts was very accurate and could be manipulated to show... More

It's the 2nd time we have played the course...the last time in 2013. It was in excellent condition, far better than Innisbrook where we had come from. It's as good a course as you will find anywhere in the world, but tough if you are a little wayward. Greens were quick, undulating but fair. All of the staff were very... More

This course was a great layout and every challenging. The pins happened to be in very tough spots. Service was great. Price I guess was a little high but that time of year. Greens could have been a tad faster I Thought. Great course

Guess I'm a little spoiled by regularly playing many top rated courses in the Sarasota area (and many in Chicago in the summer) for less than half the price of here, but wanted to get a supposedly "primo" course in our 14 rounds in 14 days on 14 different courses holiday for my friend visiting from Canada for 2 weeks....
