This course ranks up with Calusa, NN, Old Collier and the HideOut. People get very critical because it is very difficult. But if you are a golfer and appreciate amazing views and topography this is the place. Yes it's expensive but again this ranks up with the best. If this place had a clubhouse and could find some heavy hitter... More

worth the drive from Naples - a well designed course in good shape and tough, but fair greens - staff very helpful and friendly. Would return.

We played on Sat. 1/30. The course was still wet from the heavy rains a couple of days before, a lot of the bunkers were still full of water. The course wasn't in good condition, for the price you pay ($185) I expected more. The conditions of the greens were average, some greens had been repaired and were covered with... More

Admittedly it was my decision to agree to golf this past Saturday (1/23)..arguably the windiest day (35mph sustained winds) in quite some time. What I didn't expect was the golf club to still charge the full rate of 195$. Ok..not the end of the world. I could have left at that point but I stayed. However, the course itself was,... More

This is a very difficult course largely because the greens are very wavy. Your puts could take several S turns before going in the hold. It is a gold Audubon Society course with no home lining the fairways and plenty of wildlife. Very pretty. We do enjoy playing the course but not our scores.

I have been waiting to play this course, designed by Jack Niclaus. The design is so nice with eye candy at every hole. Fairways in perfect condition but here comes the bad news. The greens are undulated and need to be in perfect condition to be fully enjoyed. But its not!! Luckily we only paid 50 USD because it was... More

Played the golf course during the dog days of summer which means renovation months for this area of the country. Golf shop failed to inform us that the entire golf course including greens were verti-cut. Played the back tees & it was a stiff challenge for any single digit handicap. Have to hit your tee shots deep & straight, &... More

I visit this course every chance I get. It is very challenging but also very fair. Tons of undulation on the greens, especially for Florida. They also have an excellent practice facility. This course is out in a preserve setting, not surrounded by homes like so many other courses in Florida.

Saw some good reviews and some bad reviews about the course, and decided to form my own opinion. I liked that it was in an undeveloped area with no houses or city around. The layout was quite pleasing and a very nice course. the only red flag was that when asked how the greens were rolling, the attendant told us... More

If you are in the area you MUST play this course. If you are not in the area, hire a car and get down here. This course is one not to be missed. This non resort course has a beautiful layout meandering through the trees and lakes. Each hole has something different. Fairways and greens were manicured and the friendliness... More
