My girlfriend and I loved everything about this place. The crystal clear river is filled with life and is so refreshing. While tubbing down the river, I dropped our phone into the water along with our keys... It's worth the $5 for them to keep your keys. Anyways, Margaret was amazing. She helped us find help and kept us hydrated.... More

Just got back from a tubing trip on the Rainbow River, via Nature Quest in Dunnellon. Everything about our excursion was terrific. We arrived at 8:15 on a Friday morning, paid $5.00/car to enter the state park and parked in an empty lot at the Nature Quest facility. Walked right up to the window and purchased our tickets ($15.00/each). The... More

My daughter picked Rainbow Springs for our family getaway and we are so glad she did. The tube company employees were all so nice and helpful. Didn't realize that they would hold our car keys until the cashier asked if we needed them to. The tubing experience was amazing. The river is so crystal clear but be warned the water... More

We had such a wonderful trip! It is $5 to get into the park per car and $15 per person to float the river! I recommend getting there early during the summer! A must do if you are in the Dunnelon area !! Happy floating!!

The 2 owners are about as dumb and clueless as the little teens they hire also. The workers take more responsibility and could run the operation better than the owners. Last time i was there the lady owner (Mrs.Tere) was the only one in the building with at least 20+ of the customers keys and personal belongings in there with... More

They completely ignored us for ten minutes after we asked for help in making a decision of whether or not we were allowed to bring an extra floating cooler to store belongs- not drinks, in. The lady, who seemed to be the manager, could not make the decision, she was very unhelpful, all we wanted was a yes or a... More

This is a beautiful, incredibly clear river. I rented a kayak at the park for a 2 hour trip. This was my first kayaking trip and I enjoyed it. I had no negative issues with the staff while renting, and was helped getting into, launching, and getting out of the kayak. There were quite a few other kayakers, boaters, tubers,... More

I called to get some information about the kayaking, and was treated very rudely by the person that answered the phone. I would not recommend this kayaking outfit. We have been to many kayak rental operations in the past, and have never encountered such unhelpful staff members. I was inquiring about the rentals and the river itself, and the kid... More

Nature Quest has the potential to be top notch. They have the equipment but lack organization. The employees were all very young and no one seemed to be in charge. We paid for 7 people to take the tram and tube. They were short about 50 tubes so you had to wait in the hot sun for about an hour.... More
