We did the onshore kids experience because our 5 year old didn't hit the height or age requirement to do it. It was fabulous and so much fun. Our son loved interacting with the dolphins and learned so much in a short session. you can see really well from the upper deck as well if you are traveling with little... More

Do not spend money here. These creatures belong in the open ocean. It's not the right encounter for children to see. Go on a day cruise and see them in the open ocean where they belong.

We appreciate your concern for our dolphin family and we’re sure you’ll be happy to know that the our dolphin habitat contains over two million gallons of natural sea water with natural tidal and temperature fluctuations and abundant tropical marine life, making it a stimulating environment for our dolphins. Rest assured that we abide by a multitude of U.S. laws... More

It's great, if a bit small. 4 or 5 dolphins. Friends did one in Islemorada that sounded more involved where they actually swam with them. Here the kids just float with them briefly to snap a photo that you have to buy.

my wife and I did the Dolphin Trainer For The Day....expensive. If you've swam with dolphins before, this is nothing more than counting fish to feed the dolphins, more opportunities to rub the dolphins, and hearing the same information that the regular dolphin encounter participants do. Don't get me wrong, anytime with dolphins is fantastic. Beautiful setting. We enjoyed our... More

Expensive, but worth the money. The dolphin staff were first rate, eager and well-honed. The dolphins themselves were a rare treat of nature and we loved interacting with them.

So at first I was a little aprehensive as an adult. But what a great experience it was. It is a beautiful facility and the staff was outstanding. Don't miss it. It is fun for adult and children.

One daughter went here and the other to Dolphin Research Center (where Flipper was filmed). It sounds like the experience is much better at the latter. Photos afterwards are also cheaper.

Trainers were fantastic, friendly and knowledgable. It was a little pricey but my child LOVED it!! It was clean, organized and well attended. My only complaint is so many wanted to do it it was hard to reserve a spot. Head trainer was awesome.

Do it! It's expensive, it's memorable and it's well worth it. There is something in the eyes of the dolphins that is so human. Even after being in the water with the dolphins, I was continually drawn back to watch them play together when they were off duty.
