Our kids enjoyed gawking at all the live alligators in the exhibit and seeing the massive size of their teeth in the museum. The free show gave a lot of information about the alligators, but the animals were more interested in sunbathing than anything else. The best part about our visit was when our nine year old had the opportunity to... Here is some video footage from our recent visit to Gator Beach. You can go look at the gators for free or pay to feed them. http://youtu.be/O43B8n2g2yI

It was ok. There were a lot of gators and we did get to watch them be fed but it wasn't spectacular. The best part was that it was free.

We did not eat at the restaurant based on other reviews. We just went to see the gators which is free. The setup and exhibit for the gators is a lot more elaborate than we expected and there was a lot to see. The gator food was affordable too and for $3 each of our 4 kids got a chance... More

I'm sure this is for kids and seems like the enjoyed it, but it wasn't for me. Maybe I am just creeped out by gators? I don't know. It was interesting to see "Pearl" the albino alligator.

The gator trainer answered all of our questions. It wasn't too busy or crowded after the summer season.

I'm trying to recall the name of the man who helped us with feeding the gators and taking pictures. Scott? Scottie? He was helpful and so kind. We got to use bamboo poles to feed the gators and told my 2 year old he was going "gator fishing". You can look down into the gator exhibit and hold the baited... More

We read a few different reviews that said skip the restaurant and go straight for the gators. That's what we did. Since it was so hot we didn't stay for a long time but the time there was a lot of fun. We got to meet Pearl the albino gator. She was very pretty. Then we watched a few families... More

Heather, the gator handler, made our trip to Gator Beach fantastic. She took her time to educate us and answer ALL of our ten year old son's questions. She never made us feel rushed or as if our questions were silly. She was full of information about gators and other Florida wildlife. We really appreciated talking with her and learning... More
