This beach is pretty awesome but it does not allow dogs on the beach. I want my dogs to see the wonders of the world too, they are my kids.

This is a wonderful family beach! The buildings are well-maintained and clean. Rangers patrolled the beach and kept up with trash pickup. The water was absolutely gorgeous! We love to go to Henderson Beach!

Really enjoyed our day at this beach. It was not crowded even when the other beaches were packed. It was quite with no blaring radios or wild teenagers. The facilities were nice. Parking was close and convenient. Access to the beach was an easy walk. Loved it!

We paid to get into this location because it was less crowded. It had covered areas for you to eat. Also places to wash the sand off your feet.

Beautiful public beach. Costs $6 to get in but you can come and go all day for that price. There is enough room to get away from people if you like or enjoy the masses. It's a wonderful easy to get too beach with restrooms and pavilions as well as showers to wash the sand off. Definitely worth going and... More

Yes, it does COST to get into this beach, but it is well worth it. Our resort sat on the beach, but there were SO MANY people and beach chairs, there was just no room for 2 1/2 year old to run around. We ended up at Henderson and loved it. Clean, lots of room, and not terribly overcrowded. There... More

Very nice. Clean. Close to where we stayed. Six dollars for our vehicle. Ticket is good for all day so if you need to leave, you can come back.

The area was very nice but we came with 6 grandkids interested in the turtle exhibits and tours, when we arrived we were told that all turtle information and locations were kept secret from the public. The beach was great and the water was super clear and no crowds but the turtle program CA cellaring was disappointing for us.

We stopped here for two nights following a week in Orlando as a stopping point on the long drive home. This was probably my husbands favorite part of the whole trip. Beautiful soft white sand, emerald waters! Very relaxing and so, so pretty! The showers and bathrooms are not far from the beach and we went at a time when... More

Spend the money to enjoy the beach. Only cost 6 dollars each day we went. The beach is private and not crowded. Awesome.
