Great walk along the harbor. Very clean with lots to see and do. Restaurants, shops and activities all along the walk. Charters available well as boat rides out on the Gulf. Dolphin sightings from walk as well as charters. If you can't find something to do along this walk, you can't find anything. Have a blast.

The harborwalk has the sites of Crab Island, local fisherman getting ready to earn their keep or brining back their catch of the day. It is also where wealthy people dock their boats while they have dinner. Keep walking into the harbor past AJs, the yacht sellers, and parking to get a more local groove. There is a restaurant sitting... More

We took our children down to walk along the wharf to watch the fishing boats come in & the sun set--it was beautiful! Great way to spend an evening (just don't fall in the water from surprise when the pirate ship fires its cannon--we almost lost our 5-year-old!).

I love all the shops and the fact that the Marina is right there so you can admire the boats. There are several restaurants and I enjoyed several of them while I was there. Most of them have waterfront seating so you can watch the boat traffic. A nice place to just wander and offers rental watercraft.

The Harbor walk was beautiful and had tons of things to do. We enjoyed feeding the fish, taking pictures, and going on the buccaneer pirate cruise. Highly recommend.

Each day during the fishing rodeo in October, the boats come in to weigh and measure their catches at AJ's....fun to watch! Several great restaurants....Jackaruda also has great sushi. Fun to see all the big boats...great oysters at The Beachhouse.....

This is a fairly new area. Great views of Crab Island area, lots of restaurants to choose from, shopping, entertainment and kid activities. Night time fun with some outside entertainment. Walk all along water front to many restaurants.

Neat walk. WOuld not suggest Margaritaville (disappointment) but would head to AJ's or Harry T's for the "local" vibes! Check out the boats and their day's catch. People watch. Charm yourself with stores with the tourist flair. Amble either the cement walkway or the pier itself...nice. After all, it IS what Destin, the LIttle Fishing Village," is all about now!
