their equipment is in the worst possible condition. Then when after you confront them with the problem of their equipment they blame the customer and refuse to give refund. This guy is making a bundle just by taking peoples money under false pretenses. and the knots they use on parasails are not safe. More

Awesome staff. Our tour guide made sure to take the time to put us first, was as adventurous as we wanted to be.
