Beautiful Sand Beach

Great place to view the Destin Harbor where the shops and restaurants are - also nice to watch the boats enter the harbor - many times we saw porpoise.

The East Jetty in Destin, Florida is FANTASTIC for water sports... Scuba diving for Discover Scuba Diving (ECS), or beginner/refresher scuba divers, snorkelers, sun bathers, shell collectors, people watchers, pontoon and boat anchoring with BBQs, there is even an ice cold/frozen ice cream vendor paddling around with great treats for the kids It is a great, although at time quite... We took our girls over here to look for shells, it was really neat! Our daughters enjoyed sitting on the Jeezy and looking out over the water! It was very peaceful.

great place to dive for sand dollars, be careful of the current as it will pull you out into the channel if you are not careful

We followed the tip that we found here on Trip Advisor and arrived at Destin Beach. We walked down by the little "rock dam" and my kids were in paradise. My daughter loved snorkeling with all of the fish and my son loved collecting shells. They both loved playing with the hermit crabs, seeing their fancy shells, and watching the... More

My first time in Destin and on a beach, and this was beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to return.

Best snorkeling around. Just have to watch for those dangerous riptides. My dad had to pull a gentleman out of one and we seen another guy who had to be rescued on another day for the same reason. Basically, just be aware of the currents and never swim along. The jetties are just too good to pass up. Just be... More

I have been coming to Destin for about thirty years, mainly as a certified scuba diver. I had always thought that the area over here was all privately owned or one had to be brought here by boat. Noreiga Point is a public beach at the east end of Gulf Shore Drive and has about a dozen parking places. The... More

GORGEOUS beach! Super clear water, lots of shells. We love it, and believe we have found our home away from home!

Great snorkeling beach for kids. Stay off the rocks and pay attention to the snorkel flag near end that signifies strong currents from harbor.
