Much of this area is a product of downtown Delray gentrification. Many small art galleries with frequent shows and exhibits. Some are small art groups featuring contemporary paintings and sculpture. Area just off Atlantic Ave. is filled with restaurants and bars, both plain and fancy. No problem finding suitable dining spots, some very trendy. Easy to access and extensive parking... More

Great place to wander through and visit. We stayed in an AirBnB in the area and walked extensively through the neighbor, great restaurants, galleries and just interesting people to watch.

Pineapple Grove is a very nice place to stroll through. There is a lot of interesting art, a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit any taste. Prior to Thanksgiving there was a good Farmers' Market....the homemade goods were nice, especially some of the pies. The fruit and vegetables were seriously over-priced.

We discovered this district on a tour with Savor our City two years ago. Every Saturday and one Thursday evening each month dozens of artists open their studios to the public. No matter what your taste is there will be something here for you. There is so much here that you may find something new that you didn't know you... More

It seems everyone knows about Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach and rightly so. Its hipness rates favorably from New Orleans to San Fransisco. But right off Atlantic in Pineapple Grove is my favorite hangout. From art galleries to smallish bistros with great food and cool bars I sometimes think I'm in Greenwich Village with better weather.

From previous reviews I was expecting to see a lot of art galleries and perhaps even street artists. I walked up Atlantic Ave, down NE 1st St, NE 2nd St, and NE 2nd Ave, I found Arts Garage (but it was closed) and a gateway welcoming me to the Pineapple Grove Arts District. What I didn't find was a lot... More
