Rented Bikes on a cooler day

Mountain biking is always great at Quiet Waters Park because it's not a far drive from home (and only a few minutes from Highway 95) and trails there are fun and well-maintained. There is even a bike shop by the parking lot for emergency repairs etc and the employee was so friendly that he gave us some very useful recommendations... More

We went to the park for the Renaissance Faire and had a great time. Pretty park. But I would go during the week when entry if free instead of weekends when you pay per person in the car if you are trying to just enjoy what the park has to offer and not there for a special event.

A very nice park to go with your family. There are several things to do. From a BBQ to water ski, bicycling, skates, jogging, and other outdoor activities. Also there is a water park for young kids that is really good.

This park has something for all ages - camping mountain biking Splash Adventure (a water park for smallish kids: basically a playground in a pool) playgrounds boat rentals (kayaks, paddle-boats & canoes) ski rixen and sometimes even a renaissance festival! It's a $1.50 per person to enter the park on weekends, plus some additional charges for whatever you want to... More

This is a very large and pretty park, but we were only there for the Renaissance Festival, which, in my opinion is not worth the money. We go to the Minnesota one every year and that one is fantastic, so I may just be spoiled!!! If I hadn't already bought the tickets online, we would not have even gone. There... More

My family went camping, with a couple of friends. 4 adults and a 3 1/2 year old. The first night we stayed in a tent and the second night we stayed in a tee-pee (everything else was booked) We actually LOVED staying in Tee-Pee #2, the space we had was great. The price was 35 a night. The only downside... More

I hiked to this park and unfortunately had to split shortly after arriving as I had to get back but it appears to be a very cool place. I stopped in and chatted with the guy renting bikes and would have loved to rent a mt bike and explore the park. Also, the water skiing/wake board looked too cool. Next... More

Take you family someplace other than the beach. This is a wonderful park. The park offers many shaded areas and a lake for swimming. It is located off Powerline Road and is easily accessible. Parking is never a problem.
