My husband and I started with the south course and truly enjoyed it. Course is open and mostly straight away which faired well for my new golf game. The course was in good shape but the cart paths were dirt and could use some work. We replayed on the north course which was more challenging in layout and in great... More

The south course is easier, you can't lose a ball. The greens are fast and great for a muni course. Nice crew, carts and inexpensive. I play here about once a month but golf 5 other course regularly.

Many people have played and reviewed the Daytona Beach Golf Club. The review are almost exclusively about the newer North Course. And those reviews are spot on. My issue is with the South Course. The City of Daytona Beach and the course management should be ashamed of themselves for ignoring the South Course for so long. How many multi-course facilities... More

Went on a Saturday morning, they were very busy, so I'm thinking early arrival. Looks like a great course to play, lots of practice areas. Carts and bag drop off areas available. Looks like the Pro Shop always has a little bargain/sale going on, depending on what you are looking for. Fees are reasonable.

I have played Daytona Beach Golf Course many times. As in most golf courses, there are good greens at times and there are bad greens at times. That goes for the weather as well. We are fortunate in Florida that we can play 12 months out of the year and the Daytona Beach Golf Course is a great place for... More

Played north course - very windy - good value for the money. Good greens, fairways, tee boxes. Good pace of play. Better than average muny course. Bought several items on sale in pro shop after the round - extra bonus !

Loved my time on the south course. Most everyone was nice. The starter not so friendly! Very nice pro shop and the employees there were helpful! Carts drove with some nice speed. I do feel for being my first time there they could have a better map of the course.

We golfed here the last week of Feb. Nice course. Its your average public course. Good price. Just $45 for 18holes w/cart before 11. After 11 its $40. There were a couple of washrooms on course and the Midway canteen was great. This course is very forgiving, which i like.

I have played here a number of times when visiting family in the area. Both courses are usually in good condition compared to other municipal courses. The South layout is a bit easier than the North but both are fair for the average golfer, with not a lot of trouble spots. The greens were in good condition. There is a... More

I played this course couple of days ago and enjoyed it. The courses both north and south are in excellent condition. Of course north course is a bit more demanding than the wide open south course. The staff is courteous. I played the south and north back to back on Sunday and Monday but I scored better on the south... More
