I was excited to visit this park and splash pad with my three little ones but I was very disappointed and stayed only about ten minutes once we arrived. Perhaps it was the time of day (about 6 pm on a weeknight) that we went but there were several unsavory characters just hanging around on the benches...drinking, playing inappropriate music... More

I like to go to the beach early, so this is where I go. It's a nice park and the fountains come on at 10 a.m. It's close to the beach, it's not that long of a walk to take your stuff to the beach. That is if you don't want to park in the sand on the beach.

Ok so it's all free fun IF you can get a parking spot but the day we went it was downright nasty. People clean up after yourselves! There is no vending machines so bring your own drinks get here early and clean up after yourself!!

This is a great place to cool off. Kids love the free splash zone and shaded playground. The water shuts down fairly early in the evening.

We took our (nearly) 3 year old granddaughter there and could hardly drag her away! She was none too pleased when we finally carried her off several hours later. One observation is that the children are so excited running from 'spray fountain' to 'spray fountain' that they often run into each other!

A highlight of this beachside park is the water fountains that randomly shoot bursts of water upward at the children who love to go to this unique place.

Right at the beach, an area with water spraying up from the ground that children and sometimes adults like to get wet in. Parking is sometimes crowded. there is a place you can wash off at before getting back into your car.

We went to Sun Splash Park to view the air show. Free parking, which is rare!!!! Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Many picnic tables and benches. Covered area. Very nice and enjoyable day.
