Drove in to the church, tuned to the station, listened to devotional songs and a little bit of the sermon. Interesting concept and one of a kind church. You can actually park your car and walk around in the church which I did. Unique... The trip advisor mobile app will show this attraction on the opposite side of the road.... More

My family and I, along with our dog, attended the Christmas Eve Service at the Drive-in Church last night. It was a beautiful service. The sermon and the songs caused us to focus on the true meaning of the Holiday. Cars would honk if they liked a song or something, and standing outside of our cars with glow stick in... More

We missed the sermon but we drove around to get an idea of how this works. Its like a drive-in theater so you hear the sermon on the drive-in speakers. I actually loved the idea. Great for tourist in the area! If we go back, we are going to make sure we don't miss it again.

Right across Atlantic Avenue and just south of the city, a Christian Church has built a unique sanctuary -- a drive-in theater. Pull in with you car, facing the chancel with its pulpit and table, and worship in a very different venue. There are two worship services with an educational program sandwiched in between. Ushers don't worry about seating; they... More

Had an excellent time at the Daytona Beach Drive In Christian Church a couple of weeks ago while on vacation there. This church was established in the 1950's. It's a unique way to "come as you are"...The word delivered from the balcony was solid and biblically based (tune into 88.3 FM to be able to hear it from your car).... More

We attended and were greeted when we arrived at the gate with brochures, and items for the Lords supper. You park your car just like at a drive in theater but you listen to the sermon on the radio(88.5 FM). This is a very creative and fun to worship Jesus. It is a clever way for a church to invite... yes just like a Drive In theater, very unusual but a novel idea. The speakers are loud enough sermon good and no pressure for anything. Services are at 8:30 and 11:30 great times for worship.

We were on vacation in Daytona Beach Shores and looking for a place of worship when we stumbled upon this amazing drive-in church. We went out one day just driving around and actually drove by it saying to each other "did that sign really say drive-in church"?! So we turned around and sure enough that's what it was! Being from... More
