This was not on our agenda to visit we were heading toward Daytona Beach and passed this on the way in. I spotted that they do tours and as my husband has a passion for cars I thought that this might be fun. We expected that we'd have to book but that was not the case we got tickets straightaway... Excellent tour - 90 minutes for $23. Well worth every dollar. Tram takes you out to the track. You can get out and climb the track at the start-finish line. Many behind the scenes stops. Saw more things up close than I had expected. Tour guide was excellent. Lots of time to take photos.

My wife and I went here the day before our cruise out of port Canaveral. This was the WORST tour that I have EVER taken! All they do is take your money (no refunds) they pack you in a trailer pulled by a pickup. You are packed like sardines. Then they basically just take you to the pit area and... More

We were driving from ft lauderdale to Jacksonville and stopped with our boys to tour the racetrack and stretch legs. We did the 30 minute tour. I'm not a race fan but the guide was very informative. It was interesting and well done. My boys are not race fans either but they thought it was super cool.

Visited Daytona tour for the second time (Last time about 2008). The tour has got bigger and better. The tour included the in field area, media centre, pit area, victory lane and the new stadium. For a British F1 fan this was a good tour. Allow about 2 hours.

The tour takes 2 hours. They show the speedway and every place. If you visit Daytona you have to come to the speedway

I am not a race fan but it was still an enjoyable and interesting experience. Plan on bringing water. It was a hot ride. You ride on a tram that is open to the elements. You go even if it rains. You get to see champion way. There are two options for tours...30 minute was just right for a non... More
