Went here with my wife and four young kids. The Boardwalk itself is not that large offers connection to a few attractions/shops: the pier, some rides/attractions and the Ocean Walk shops and of course the beach. In short: the pier is 'a pier' so not much to say about that. The rides are old, the ferris wheel was broken and... More

We went to the Boardwalk in July 2014. Kids we're excited before they saw the 3 broken rides (cars, wheel, boat). It was a disapointed night. It was probably good in the '80..... but we are 24 years after that period. They need a lot investment! They need to do the same thing they did in Wildwood that is so great!... More

Rickety old roller coaster, tilt-a -whirl, closed down ferris wheel and one other ride called a tornado, Small go cart track. Rides are excessively expensive and honestly I wouldn't trust them. Greater than $20 for an armband, otherwise individual rides are $4 to $6. Fortunately we found some buy one, get one coupons. You would be far better off to... More

I was brought here by surprise and had a great time. There's a beach and the water looks clear, it's an ideal spot to relax. We also saw two men performing tricks involving knives and fire which were pretty impressive so we dropped a tip. We got on some of the rides and enjoyed ourselves. They have a nice pizza... More

The boardwalk itself was very touristy and had a few too many t-shirt shops. We could have done without all the confederate flag shirts/towels/hats, and chose not to financially support the shops that sold them. However, the arcades were a lot of fun. Many of our favorite games were 25 cents (ski ball), while others were more expensive (Time Crisis... More

I loved the Boardwalk shows, the Pier, fireworks. I enjoyed the bars, restaurants, the seafood. I hate the hotel Roomba Inn, filthy, nasty, way too expensive for such a bad service.

The free concerts at the bandshell are the best part of this experience. Some nice restaurants and just enough board walk to say they have one. Daytona is a fun place. Close enough to St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral, and Disney to get a good dose of Florida.

We've been to the Boardwalk yearly for some time. We have seen only postive changes and more family friendly. Everything is much cleaner, more entertainment, better atmosphere, and a better overall experience. I've seen the changes Daytona has made and only hope they continue to show more progression and improvement. As to the comments re: the old attractions/rides....they needed to... More
