Yes, the Orlando water parks are pretty awesome. But the traffic, the crowds, the expense--is it really worth it? This summer, we found a closer, cheaper, less stressful alternative at Daytona Lagoon. A muggy August weekday featured on-line discounts, and we opted for the "all day wet and dry attractions" admission, which turned out to be a great bargain. Even... More

I've been visiting Daytona Beach for many years, and Daytona Lagoon was a nice addition when it opened. Sadly it has seen better days, the mini golf courses, some arcade games, and the water park itself are all showing their age. While nothing is deplorable, nothing is being updated nor is much being maintained.

Visited during off season and rode go karts and kids did rock wall. Small military discount offered on rides. Food was awful and overpriced! They need better selection and quality! Arcade was clean and lots of fun!!

Great waterpark. Has many waterslides and a great wave pool. Have a relaxing time just floating along in the lazy river.

This is a nice little water park for kids of all ages, but 13 and under will like it most. There are enough rides to make it fun but not so big to make parents overwhelmed. The kiddie area is young kid friendly (under 3) and is still great for older kids. Staff is usually very friendly and the food... More
