One of the tallest lighthouses that operated for years guiding vessels. All buildings have been rebuilt to look original. Yon can climb the stairs to the top for a great view.(must have strong legs to make the climb). Great historical sight. Low cost, plenty of parking, spend as much time as you need. Gift shop on sight.

It was a great day clear skies and beautiful. I really enjoyed the gift shop and the well taken care of grounds along with the lighthouse view at the top so glad I went

As a lover of lighthouses, I must say that Ponce de Leon Lighthouse is a perfect example of what a lighthouse should be ! In addition to the lighthouse, the original keeper's dwellings are available for tour. Everything has been carefully and lovingly restored and many artifacts are on display. You can tell the community of Ponce Inlet really loves... More

Go to the lighthouse first, then the rest. Pace yourself by sitting at the various points available inside the lighthouse. D

I visit this lighthouse every time I am in the Daytona Beach area! It is well maintained and the view from the top is breathtaking! If you are not able to make the climb, there are plenty of historical buildings to tour and a very nice nature trail to walk and enjoy some shade. If visiting in the summer, I... More

My children loved getting to tour the lighthouse and grounds. They also have a resident cat named Nelly.

Inexpensive excursion...great if you have the stamina to climb the lighthouse (being close to 70 we didn't; but we had done it on a previous visit years ago). Enter and exit through the gift shop LOL

This was our first lighthouse in Florida to visit. We loved the tour of the buildings on the property where the families lived, went to school and worked. The museum with all the different lamps that were used here and elsewhere over the years was quite fascinating! The view is wonderful and worth the climb. This lighthouse has a full... More
