We went on a Saturday and saw some ride alongs. Amazing feel for the thrill, but disappointed the museum had been closed since 2010. May reopen in 2015 after stand renovations, but disjointed we were not rolls that when called. The all track tour was expensive., so choose to not attend.

It's the birthplace of NASCAR. What else can be said? You can feel the history. The speed and the "whoosh" of the cars as they go by. The unique smells associated with racing. Every NASCAR fan needs to watch at least one race here. And be sure to take the track tour. You'll have a greater appreciation for the track... More

I have watched the Daytona 500 on television many times, but I didn't truly grasp how massive the track is (or how steep the banks are) until I was able to set foot on the track during the tour. We had a blast on the tour, and loved standing on the start/finish line and victory lane. Seeing Jr's winning car... More

Love the speed and smell. Dislike the heat but in July the races being night make it great. A good time for sure!!

While staying in Orlando we opted to drive up to Daytona International Raceway to tour the track. It's a drive of about 90 mins and no problem. The facility is impressive offering two tour options. We chose the 90 min tour and it was fantastic. Standing on the start finish line of the track where the track is banked was... More

I have visited many tracks in the UK and Europe but for a great experience at a very reasonable cost Daytona International Speedway takes some beating. We visited on a wet day, so no cars were running, so we were able to go around the track, slowly(47mph) but an experience I would not have missed for the world. To cap... More

It's awesome, opened in '59 and overhauled many times. You can't believe the turns, the TV does nothing for the actual banking of the racetrack. Victory lane can stand the hairs up on your arm. Treat yourself enjoy a race.

I can here for a tour and we all had a great time. Although we opted for the cheaper tour we still were able to see quite a few sites. It is a great thing to do while in town
