Lots of room to run around and explore. Kids and adults love the water table room! Looking at the art is a great way to expose kids to different styles and let them know that they too can be artists. Fun for the whole family. Hope to visit again.

Great place to take kids on a rainy day. There is lots of different hands on activities and a hugh climbing gym. Under age 10 would be my limit but it is attached to a Broward County Library so there is enough for an older child to do too.

average at best. Would not go again. Best for kids ages up to four. Let down by other reviews I read.

I had heard such great things about the childrens' museum and decided to take our 9-year old grandchildren. What we found was totally unorganized chaos. While it was summer, there were several school camps there and no one really in charge. The volunteers were teenagers and did not seem to know what they were doing or give any direction. I... More

My visit to the Young at Art Museum was a bit disappointing. While the activities set up had potential, many did not have clear directions posted and by the time I figured out what to do, my 4 yr old niece had lost interest. Other stations did have directions but no materials to complete the activity. There were also lots... More

Great museum for children 2-8? We have a yearly pass and love that they change exhibits frequently. Also love that there are student volunteers there to help and also play. There is always an art project or two to do and a fun area with puppet making materials and a puppet theatre. Only negatives are that some areas are run... More

My kids have so much fun exploring the wonderful world of arts, crafts, science, physics and much more! I've been here twice, first when they were 2 and now when they are 4. I never think twice!!! Is a must when you are looking for a place for your kids to have fun, specially between 2 and 5 years.

Fabulous art classes for all ages. Huge inside play area, even special area for toddlers with water table. Lots of rooms. My kids favorite room was making own puppets. One kid really like the percussion room where kids could be loud and bang on percussion. Of course one must have a photo at the LOVE statue outside.
