We visited on Smithsonian Free Day and loved it so much the whole family joined. This is a superb museum for the entire family, and definitely the best kids' cultural experience in Broward. The thoughtfulness of design and layout is extraordinary. Each large room has numerous curated micro-environments. The emphasis is on expressing creativity in all forms, and you can... More

Visited this museum with my 5 yr old & 1 yr old and they had a blast. The exhibits are fun and very colorful, lots to learn about. The kids enjoyed themselves very much. We spent several hours here. Highly recommended for young kids.

My kid loved this place...would come here a couple times a month. Has several rooms that tend to change themes.

The building is shared with a small public library. It has nice things for small kids to play with. Any child over 8 will quickly be bored.

We took our son to Young at Art Museum during one of the worst times…New Year’s Eve to the Rock n Noon Year’s Eve Party. I personally thought I was going to die…but my son loved the crowds of kids dashing from booth to booth. It’s an unusual place…sandwiched between a public library and an art school. The event was... We loved spending a good portion of the day here with my 2 year old. There is a great play space just for toddlers. We also enjoyed seeing all of the exhibits. Everything was very interactive and creative - entertaining for kids of all ages (adults too). If I lived closer I would go back again and again! We were... More

Loved this. Was looking for a fun new excursion for the kids. They loved this. Way better than the Children's Museum. I was inspired by each room and its creativity. The kids loved the different rooms and activities. They could get lost in each space and so did we.

Pretend play in the Sendak room, climbing equipment, limitless wood blocks, and long water tables in a giant playroom. There was a maze, slides, recycling activity, puppet making, and painting and musical instruments.

I visited Young at Art with my friend and our granddaughters, age 2 & 6. I can’t say enough good about this place. Both children ran from exhibit to exhibit. They could touch, bang and play. This is significantly more than a playground. Various exhibits showcase different types of interaction. Drawing, drumming, climbing, computers, and more. The lunch spot in... More

We went there with my three year old nephew and he loved every minute of it. He didn't want to leave. There was something for everyone to do no matter what their interests were. I wish we had this when I was growing up.

Thank Lisa D
