This place is Florida's best kept secret. Beautiful, secluded ranch owned by a couple who love animals and have a vast knowledge of them and the surrounding area. Great hands on experience with giraffes, camels, rhinos and lemurs. Pay the extra charge to feed the lemurs, you won't regret it. This is not a zoo, it is a working ranch... More

Our time was limited, so we were amazed to see such a unique collection of animals in an area that provided an ingenious arrangement and utilization of space. No zoo we ever visited provided such care and enrichment for the animals as displayed here on a rural property where so much could be experienced & enjoyed within our limited time... More

I went with a group and we all loved it! Paid extra to go on a camel ride and so enjoyed it. Great for kids and adults.

We went to Giraffe Ranch with a group of about 40 ladies. We spent about an hour listening to the very knowledgable couple that runs the place, tell us about camels, giraffes, and the many other species you will see. We held bones and skulls of some of the species and learned about the various animals and how they eat... More

We spent a few hours at this beautiful Giraffe Ranch and made some "once in a lifetime" memories. It's a smallish (50 acres) ranch with a large variety of animals to be seen much closer than in any zoo type setting. The owners are a very dedicated and knowledgeable husband and wife time. Their expertise and enthusiasm is contagious. It... More

This private preserve is run by a dedicated couple with low key marketing. Set on 50 acres this ranch has a variety of animals and provides close up views along with opportunities to feed giraffes, bathe a rhino or ride a camel. Don't expect shows or trick performances - this place focuses on natural surroundings and sustaining species. Very educational... More

While travelling in Florida we had some time before our flight home. We came upon this "Giraffe Ranch", and we were hooked. The owners were welcoming and knowledgeable about the animals. We had the opportunity to feed lemers, giraffes, and rhinos (also gave the rhinos a shower). We were taken around to different pens which included pot belly pigs, several... More

Upon reading reviews on this attraction there were some complaints about bookings with Living Social. I have to say they were extremely accommodating. Even after I had to cancel due to illness. We had no trouble getting a date. The owners live and operate this attraction. It truly shows it is a labor of love. The owner spent lots of... More

While attempting to make reservations for daughter's birthday, my wife was told that parents (if not booking the "safari" for themselves) were NOT ALLOWED to even be on-site when our young children (8 & 9 years old) went on the "safari". When I called to get clarifications, a very rude staff member "Elena" continued to interrupt me stating she "needed... More

All of our activities are guided, so all visitors are required to participate as paid guests, whether they are embarking by vehicle or camel-back. Jason, you were welcomed to participate in either experience with your daughter as a paid visitor. However, it is not an option to come on our property and stay at the office without participating in any... More
