I don't usually post on trip advisor but this trip was awesome. The manatees were great and being so close is a great experience especially when they come up to you to investigate. Recommend to all. Remember be still and don't splash. Thanks Captain Mike and our boat guide Rick was excellent. It was a cold day too but it... More

Good experience. On the river, nice ride over to the springs to swim with the manatees. Definitely worth the price.

We as a family booked a tour for the morning, once we arrived we were immediately greeted with a friendly and helpful good morning. The captain of our boat was Captain Eaves, he alone could of made this a great day, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We spent six hours on the water and saw many many manatees... More

We booked this tour before we left the UK. Unfortunately due to a mix up Captain's mikes had the wrong date and were not expecting us. However, this is where their excellent customer service skills came in. The lovely lady called in a reserve captain (on his only day off which was also as Sunday). He took us out on... More

Went on April fools day 2014 , and no pranks here. We saw and swam with at least 15 or more manatees. Some may say bad reviews, but we had just the opposite. Made reservations on Sunday for the Tuesday 1000am tour. They have two 0700 and 1000am. The guy on the phone was nice and yes you do have... More

We were in Orlando for spring break in March 2014, we found Captain Mike's sunshine tours on trip advisor and decided to try it out. It's nearly a two hour drive from the Disney Resort areas of Orlando, but it was worth it! It was a bit cloudy and cool, but that didn't stop our captain "Rick" from making it... More

Swimming with the Manatees was on my bucket list. My husband booked this trip for our 20th anniversary. We had a private tour with captain Rick Mosely which was excellant. He took us to a pod of manatees which we never had to leave for 5 hours. He pointed out all of the manatees which I swam with for 5... More

Capt Rick and everyone at Crystal River is dedicated to the conservation of the Manatees. They shared their knowledge of the history of these gentle giants and we easily fell in love with them. Our time in the water was something we'll never forget. Nose-to-nose with a cow and her calf is so much more than what you see in... More

Unbelievable! We were an hour and a half late, but they had availability for the 10am tour so we went to the dollar store to buy towels (cause I forgot??) and they are they Nicest Team! Made us fit in, the gals at the office soooo....helpful and kind. Capt made sure that myself and everyone included for 'touching' a squishy... More

We wanted to take a break from theme parks in Orlando, so we went on a manatee tour. It was nice. You can't touch them, but it was relaxing and the kids loved it. It was cold once we got out of the water. The ppl running the business were nice (and passionate about Floridas wildlife).
