Drove 7 hours round trip to experience a manatee up close, it didn't happen. Did "see" a manatee snout for a millasecond before it vanished back into the water. Couldn't see more than two feet in the water, completely murky. One day and a few more hundred dollars of vacation completely wasted. Not the tours fault but I won't be... More

Rick was our boat captain and guide for our two hour tour. We had a good time and saw and touched plenty of manatees. Rick did an excellent job of guiding us and spotting the manatees. The price is very reasonable. I wish the water had been clearer, but there's not much we can do about that.

We booked the 'Ultimate manatee tour' (Tour C on the website) We arrived at the facility 45 minutes prior to our tour. Upon arrival there was no continental breakfast as advertised on the website, we were not welcomed nor offered any refreshments. We sat in on the information videos with another group. Upon boarding the houseboat, we were fitted with... More

We had a great time! Even though the water was murky and the manatees were on the move our captain was great. As long as we did what he said, we were around manatees. I can't wait to go back when the water is more clear! When I finally got to see one my heart was beating like crazy, but... More

I booked this tour as we have wanted to swim with the manatees for several years now, my kids were here for spring break and it was the perfect opportunity. Sue and Captain Harry were great, it was a very relaxing time on the boat, the price was very reasonable, they made sure that we had the best experience possible,... More

We arrived in good time, watched a video about the safety of Manatees, and then set off with Captain Mike. We paid for the VIP tour which has a maximum of 6 people on board, there was just the two of us. We got fitted with wet suits and within 10 minutes we were in the water with two Manatees,... More

I booked a manatee tour for 3 people online. Their website advertises an early tour and a 10am tour. There was a link titled "click here to book 10am tour" which I did and paid for 3 people. I received a confirmation email regarding my April 20th reservation. On April 20th at 9:00am, I called the number that was in... More

Captain Mike (the captain of our boat, not the owner, we didn't meet him) was awesome!!! The tour was incredible. It was a very cold morning and as we got out of the water captain Mike was ready with warm water to pour down my wife and daughter wetsuits. He also poured hot water on the floor to warm our... More

Swimming with the manatees has been a bucket list item of mine since I learned to scuba dive almost 30 years ago. I chose this location over the others largely based on the fact that they return some of the money they make to a manatee preservation program. Plus, they are actually located on the water, where some of the... More

We went out on the 1pm tour and our group was the only one on the boat (3 adults). We went on a Sunday afternoon. The water was quite murky but we were all able to see and touch a manatee. We saw around a dozen of them. FYI there is a $5 parking fee for the marina. We were... More
