I took the 7:30 am tour today and it was amazing! Captain Che was out tour guide and his knowledge of the area, the spring, the wildlife and of course the manatees was excellent! He works with scientists and marine biologists and had a vast amount of information. The trip out to the springs was gorgeous, so the 15-20 min... More

We booked the 11.30am tour which gave us time to drive the 2 hours from Kissimmee. Our captain really knew his stuff and located the manatees as soon as we arrived in the bay despite the limited number at this time of year. They were very obliging and the mother and pup stayed around for us to get up close.... More

Very intimate and enjoyable experience! When I go back, I will choose this tour again. It's limited to a small crowd therefore a more personable and tailored tour.

We booked a morning trip where we could probably see more manatees. Unfortunately only 5 or 6 of them turned up however our guide went around all the areas. We got into the water where the animals were but alsoother tours were "hunting" for them. The water got easily stirred up and then we couldn't see anything. Just the tail... More

To be eye in eye with a huge manatee is quite an experience. The place is just behind the days inn in crystal river. So one can easily change in the hotel room. A shower after the tour is great especially when the temperature was 32 F!

Ok so let me say this we understand that people need to make money year round. BUT my husband and I ask many times on the phone we would get to swim with manatees? And were told yes, just sometimes at this time of the year (July) there are only 50 plus in the small Kings Bay Area instead of... More

Equipment was in good condition, nice older boat, cute dock, and liked the parking lot signs. They need a larger sign out on main road that says their building is behind the hotel on a different road. Only other comment is I'd think they would listen to the weather radar to keep up with the conditions.

always wanted to do this and it was worth the wait cold morning in the early hours but the best time to see these great gentle creatures in the water and what an experience must have been about 15 mins with this great manatee letting us be beside them and being able to rub its back and then for it... We did a tour with Capt Jim this past Tuesday morning and had a wonderful trip. It's the slow season now, and not many manatees to find, but Capt Jim was determined to find some for us and was successful in doing so! We found about 5 in a small cove and were able to interact and touch them. While... More

Our family took a trip to swim with the manatees. We were very excited from the posted pictures, but when we jumped in the water, we could see no more than 3 feet in front of us. Even though we saw the manatee from the boat, we could not see it while in the water unless they swam directly below... More
