Renovations for the hotel and restaurant are still ongoing. The new owners have high hopes and the populace looks forward to this grande dame gaining her former glory. It should be great. More

We were there for a business conference for a weekend. Rooms aren't bad but the restaurant was terrible. Could not get service for breakfast or drink service at the bar in the evening. Golf course is in good shape, last time we played, but I would eat somewhere else in Crystal River and there are a number of other options. More

This is a fancy area restaurant where you would go for a special occasion or event. It is on the expensive side but the food and surroundings are worth it. More

We had the refurbished rooms over by the golf course but would have hated to stay in the older rooms. They were clean etc but not what I would call modern. We stayed here for 8 days and used it as a base. Went to the dive shop to see about Manatee Tour but they quoted $10 more per head... More

This place has potential. The lobby is not big and grand, but small and well stated with a pretty staircase and fresh flowers. The lounge area beyond the lobby was enjoyable. We sat in the comfy chairs by the fireplace for drinks. The spa was small and intimate, comfortable, and relaxing. I had a facial and massage which were wonderful... More

This resort is beautiful and the location is very lush and tranquil. The people at the front desk were very nice and accomodating and check in was very smooth. The rooms are nice and dinner was delish (wait staff also very nice and helpful!)! A friend and I stayed here mid/end April and when we walked around behind the resort... More

Lovely time for 3 kids and 2 adults on our first venture with the manatees, even though we only saw one female (pregnant) manatee, that was excitement (in a slow, lumbering way, enough!) Snorkeling to the 3 sisters springs and swimming through the calm waters was very fun and enjoyable. Also appreciated the ethical and environmental considerations Captain Paul had... More

While it was end of season we still found a few to snorkel with. Capt Russ was a wealth of knowledge on the little giants and we learned quite a lot. Only would ask that he make sure we all know where he is going as we there was a little confusion swimming over to Three Sisters but it turned... More
