I read the glowing reviews here with dismay because that is NOT the woman we met on Sat., Ja. 30, 2016. For 3 years my adult daughter and I have swam with the manatees two consequtive mornings with another company. They make sure you know the proper manners and the rules and regulations to have encounters with the manatees. Unfortunately,... More

This is Capt. Stacy Dunn and you are going to be contacted by a lawyer for slander. I witnessed inappropriate behavior towards a manatee calf and videoed the entire incident. This video was given to U.S. Fish & WIldlife officers and has been handled and action taken. I advise you delete this false information and accusations about me before it... More

Swimming with the manatees was truly an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience. I don't know how many times I told my husband "I can't believe we're actually able to get up close with these large animals in the wild." It was amazing. You can tell that Capt Mike & Capt. Stacy clearly care a lot about these animals and are very involved... More

What an incredible experience, Captain Stacey and Captain Mike are amazing! Their tour not only gives you an experience of a lifetime, but also provides you knowledge of the struggles these gorgeous manatees face everyday just to survive. Their compassion, support and superior care for these gentle giants go above and beyond. I was extremely impressed by these two people... More

Mike and Stacy run a very professional business and deeply care about providing a great service. Traveling on short notice, we contacted Mike and Stacy through email. We were glad to see that they had room on their schedule to accomadate our group of four. We were glad to be on their boat - they operate a small personal tour... More

I had been out with Captain Stacy and Manatees in Paradise in the past, so when friends from Texas called and told me they wanted to come visit and swim with the manatees, it was an easy decision regarding who to go with. I had been out with another operator (that trip was planned by another friend), but the service... More

I had a really nice morning out with Captain Mike! Mike is a really friendly, no-bull kind of guy, and even in his free time, he is engaged in manatee preservation and rescue efforts. There are lots of tours in Crystal River right now, and I am glad that I ended up with Captains Mike and Stacy. Even after just... More

The weather started getting rough. Thanks to Capt Mike Dunn's flexibility, we waited for the storm to pass and the morning was magical! Navy vet (diver) wife Stacy also rescue manatees. They abide by the laws. 6 people per boat (2 boats) he provides wet suits, snorkel/mask. No fins allowed. He let us in the water in all the right... More

Captain Stacey is wonderful! You'll not only get up close and personal with these beautiful gentle giants, but you also learn about the manatee's struggle to survive. It's awesome being taken out by someone who has a true love for these incredible creatures. She will make sure you have a great adventure and takes lots of pictures and video of... More
