We were hesitant to go to Butterfly World because we had heard that it was way overpriced with not much to do. We are glad we paid the high price because my grandchildren loved it. It was like a fantasy to walk into the tropical area with hundreds of butterflies overhead. We loved seeing the different species and bought a... More

I took my five year old daughter to Aventura Mall about a week ago. There we found a water fountain that caught her attention. She immediately asked me for a coin so she could make a wish. After she tossed the coin into the water she told me that she wished to see hundreds of butterflies and for some of... More

There is nothing more important than creating a magical experience for our guests, and this starts at first contact. Although there are two sides to every story, and there are, of course, two sides to this one, we agree the responsibility falls to US, to make that magic happen, and to right any wrong. We want every visitor to feel... More

I thought at first it was a little pricey to see some Butterflies, but once you are there you forget all about that as you are surrounded by tons of butterflies. The rainforest area is really almost enchanted and the kids love it. We got rained out and the manager gave us a rain check with no trouble at all.... More

Coconut Creek, the butterfly capital of the world, holds the nicest butterfly sanctuary in South Florida. It is just a relaxing place full of nature and spectacular butterflies. From the moment you step in you are surrounded by hundreds of butterflies. If you are looking for a relaxing day, I recommend a visit to Butterfly World, Coconut Creek!

Beautiful gardens and loads of colorful butterflies.80% is outside so plan around the weather...plenty of shade but very warm in summer get there early. Only complaint is the cost $26 per adult and same for kids over 2. would visit more often or even buy an annual pass except for the very high cost. Too bad.

A must see if you are in Palm Beach area. Thousands of butterflies. Also opportunity to feed lorikeets for $1. A little pricy, but worth it.

Nice place to visit once, but how many times per year can you stand in the heat to see butterflies. Interesting place though. We mainly visit to purchase plants for our garden. They have fruit trees as well as flowering plants. Many plants are hosts for the butterflies and/or food. The passion flower vines are beautiful, but if the plant... More

My husband and I have been to “butterfly houses” in Los Angeles, Canada, etc. and we were apprehensive about going especially for $26.95 adult admission plus, as we later discovered, a small entry fee into the park, but this place was very special.... imagine opening a door and literally being surrounded by hundreds of butterflies! Butterfly house actually raises their... More

This place was a gem! Both adults and children can appreciate. Overwhelming number of butterfly varieties, surrounded by beautiful botanical gardens. Flowers are abundant and amazing. Stand still and let them land on you! Don't miss the exotic birds! Everything was well laid out. Plan on spending some time, so much to see, it's easy to miss things if you... More
