This is a cool way to spend a few hours with friends and family. Not only is it the largest butterfly park but it also has a nice aviary, insectarium and exotic gardens. Lots of different species of butterflies, birds, insects, plants and flowers. This is a great experience for all ages. The $28 entrance fee is cost prohibitive for... More

I stumbled on this attraction on the net while planning a trip to Coral Springs for shopping. Visiting this place was one of the best decisions ever. Just seeing so many different live butterflies was one thing, but they also have a large bird collection, and a very creepy insect house. I know they are all trapped under cover, but... More

A friend suggested we go and visit this exhibit and we were just in awe with all the species. It was amazing to walk through all the different walkways with the butterflies flying around, eating etc. We spent well over 2 hrs in sheer amazement. Children would love it. Price was ok.

I have been to butterfly houses in Victoria, British Columbia, Key West, Silver Spring, Maryland, and Niagara, Canada. All of them are indoor gardens. Butterfly Word in Florida has many huge netted buildings with various types of butterflies. There is a natural outdoor feel to each exhibit. When it rains, the gardens are wet and butterflies hide under leaves. Therefore,... More

Nice way to spend a couple of hours, all it takes to see it all. Amazing experience to walk thru gorgeous flowers and plants with butterflies and birds everywhere around you. $28 pp if you don't have coupon, make sure you check the tourist books, best one we found was for $5 off. We thought it a bit pricey for... More

It was my first time ever going to a butterfly exhibit and I was not disappointed. I walk on and there are literally hundreds of butterflies flying around. There were many from other countries too. The place was set up really nice like a little trail with bridges and paths. There was also birds to feed and also take pictures... More

At first glance, the entrance fee might seem high, but it is similar to other attractions in the area (be sure to make use of the discounts - coupon/veteran/group). Unlike other attractions I've been to, I didn't feel vaguely ripped off at the end of the visit. Butterfly World consists of a series of screened enclosures with free-flying butterflies, small... Butterlly world shows many, many butterflies in a big garden. They fly around you and you can see how they are born. There is classic music playing and the whole scenery is very peaceful. In another part, there are birds,2 landed on the head of my daughter.....In a separate cage, there are Lorikeets, you can feed them for 1 $.That... More

This is a small, excellent attraction that is suitable for any age and any physical abllity. Everything is accessible and you proceed at your own pace. We have taken many out of town visitors here and have even had them go back when they returned for another visit. Look for discounts online as it is a bit pricey.
