I have been going to this dinosaur store since it was in the old location across the street. I actually went in there this past week on my vacation and I really found the store lacking. Their prices are marked way too high. When we went to actually purchase something we had to walk around the store asking loudly if... More

You can pay to let the kids enter the Adventure Zone, or simply browse the store's incredible displays of fossils. In addition to several high quality fossils NOT for sale, they have a large variety of fossils, minerals, amber, and meteorites at a wide range of prices. It is a fun collection to look and touch as you shop. You... More

There are a lot of interesting stones, geodes, skulls, and skeletons in the gift shop. We bought a couple of geodes as a gift for my niece, she loved them. We didn't have any children with us, so we didn't check out the Adventure Zone, But there were several children there who seemed to be having a great time.

My sister wanted to go & get a gift for her grandson. A little pricey but nice stuff & cute items. Love the displays of all the animal skeletons!

We traveled here with 4 small kids, ages 4-7. It was a rainy day at the beach, so we decided to stop here. Wow this place is huge! When you first walk in, there's a giftshop with several items for sale. Past the store front, there's an area in the back for the kids. There's arcade games, a ride, a... More

We enjoyed the store greatly. There were many gem stones, fossils, and exhibits. Many in the store, free to see. I could have spent much more time there. The staff was very friendly. Too bad you could not take pictures. Well, that is what was on the door. I think if they allowed photos of the exhibits they may get... More

Wow! If you have kids in tow, or you are a paleontologist wannabe, you have to see this place. Great for unique and rare gifts, I spent two hours before I knew it and that was just looking around. At times I wished that I had had a docent to help me with details about certain items, but the busy... More

My 7 year old and I really enjoyed this store/museum. We spent about an hour looking around and if we lived closer we would go back a couple times a month I am sure. Prices were reasonable and we picked up a couple cool things. Lots of great fossil/rock/petrified wood specimens. Good educational kits. Nice bathroom facilities. Friendly employees. The... More

A great place for your kids to see and learn some things in the process. Very unique and a large store based on Dinosaurs and other creatures.

The store had great things to see but don't waste your money on the adventure part. It's not worth it. The gem mining bag is about the size of a snack size baggie. The reptile room smelled horrible. The games were junk, if they even worked.
