My family stayed at the sandcastles condo, so it was only a walk down the beach. I heard parking was expensive. There was a wedding going on at the beach. Swings for the little ones there!

I would take my little boy,4, here to have lunch and play on the swings. Nothing fancy but clean and nice place. usually quiet and out of the tourism realm. Theres a sandwich shop across the street to grab lunch as well.

We visited in the off-season, but parking and convenience could not be better. The beach and facility is very clean. Super easy to get to.

We had to stop at Cocoa Beach since my name is Jeannie and my husband has the Jeannie bottle. The park was very clean, we walked down to the beach from here. It was not crowded at all. A storm was coming in which made for some interesting clouds and waves. The restroom was in very good condition and a... More

We stayed at the International Palms next door and decided to take a walk to find the I Dream of Jeannie Lane. As we walked into the park from the street side, we saw the fenced dog park. The area was very big. There was also plenty of parking. We walked further in and noticed a sign pointing to an... More

Went to this beach after reading reviews. Free public beach must arrive early to get parking spot. This beach is attached to the Hilton hotel so was able to rent chairs and umbrellas and use their outdoor showers to rinse off sand. Was not crowded at all, nice for families. I recommend.

This is a nice place to start. Parking, showers, bathrooms. They even had a food truck serving hot dogs and shaved ice cones, which were actually very good. Sometimes very crowded.

We walked the trail with our 4 year old and 18 month old (in a hiking backpack). It was a short walk. We just saw a few birds but not much else. A very casual walk - you don't even need tennis shoes. Just OK.

Make sure you visit this lovely little park. This is what Cocoa Beach was like before they built the condos. These is a boardwalk that goes through dense vegetation which includes live oaks, palms, ferns, and lots of other plants. The park also has beach access. Bring your kids and family.
