We stopped in this park today because we saw a sign regarding "I Dream of Jeanne" and was curious. I never found any information about Lori Wilson is I not sure why the park is named after her. Nevertheless, the park is very nice. Has a fairly decent sized dog park. Wonderful walk to the beach.

There are two parts to this park. The first is the family park area and beach access. They have slides and climbing for younger kids. Went here morning of the 27th. Nice big, clean parking lots. Changing room, restrooms. Short path to beach. Clean - felt safe.

This is a very pleasant place to sit and watch the waves or a night time space launch. There are clean rest rooms and adequate parking. There is also a wooden walkway leading to the beach protecting the dunes. You can watch the waves from benches or walk to the beach to enjoy beach activities.

The boardwalk was a good little walk for out small dog. It's too bad there is no place on the beach that allows dogs. The fences in dog areas was nice though we didn't use it because ours isn't socialized well.

We utilized the playground at this park and used the cool trees for climbing. My daughter wanted to go back every evening, which we did on most nights. There were always other kids. Nice pavilion and places for parents to sit. Nice large green area to run.

If you want to collect shells don't go here but the sand is soft and everything is clean. There is a life guard and a wash off area. It was very lovely.
