This park is the only place we surf at in Cocoa. We drive the 2 hours to get there early and make sure we get a parking spot. They have lifeguards, showers, and bathrooms. Make sure you pack a lunch because other than a hotdog vendor, there is nothing to eat. Publix is close by to grab a sandwich to... More

If you're looking for an easy on/off beach with free parking - this is your place. Never too crowded with a boardwalk from the parking to the sand.

This park was one of the only enjoyable walks in the Cocoa Bch area. It needed a bit of updating and really nothing to see but it was at least cool and they tried to offer some nature

Nice beach. A little tight on parking so go early. There are two lots just down the street from each other.

Great place to park with close beach access. There are bathrooms with outdoor showers to rinse off. Unfortunately the beach in this area was not so nice. Tons of seaweed and a smattering of trash strewn about. Plastic water bottles, bags, and even a used feminine hygiene product (Gross). Location is easy to get to, but would likely look for... More

This is a nice place for the family to go to the beach as there are lifeguards at this location (very important since things can go wrong when you are in the ocean). It has outside showers to rinse off the sand, water fountains and there are restrooms (they are park facilities so they are going to have wet floors... More

We went on the 4th of July 2015 from Orlando. It was a great day trip. Rented 2 beach chairs with an umbrella for $20 and to boogie boards for $20 for the day. Kids played and played. Nice shallow slope into the water. Warm water. Nice waves. The park was a great free place to park with showers to... More

Access is directly from A1A, turning on to I Dream of Jeannie Lane. There is a small dog park, and a small pavilion hidden behind the trees on the north side. the rest on the shoreside of the dunes is mostly parking. There are boardwalks across the dunes both north and south, and along them as well, with two pavilions... More

We enjoyed our visit to Cocoa Beach. There was a sea weed problem when we were there & rip tide warnings. Despite that, we followed safety procedures about not going in too deep. The park does have bathrooms/outdoor showers available. Free parking.

Free parking, wide clean beach, life guards on duty,... You can also rent boards, kayak, etc... This is a very good place to spend a day at the beach with the kids. Moreover, easy access from A1A. Enjoy!
