A bit pricey, especially since you can park free at Ron Jon (and who doesn't visit that huge store anyway). We would rather drive a bit and find a place less crowded and less $.

clean beach, lifeguards, surfers, free parking but get here early, by 10;00 at latest on weekends, no rocks in the water, level beach so walking out in water no surprises. far enough away from pier to avoid big partiers but still plenty of all types of folks - young, old, families, couples, etc.

Great area to park and have beach access at Cocoa Beach. Bathrooms and area to rinse of before leaving is great too. Will return for sure.

The beach is clean and nice here. They have bathrooms, outdoor showering, and rentals. The only downfall is the small amount of parking.

While in Cocoa Beach visiting the Space Center, we stayed at a LaQuinta on A1A and this beach park was less than 1/2 mile away, just across the highway. It has ample free parking and is just a short boardwalk away from the beach. We spent the morning there, beautiful hard sand beach, nice place to relax, walk or even... More

We had almost half a day to kill between the end of our Disney cruise (*wistful sigh*) and our flight home to Chicagoland. Googled "free parking Cocoa Beach" and came up with Lori Wilson Park. YES! We got there a little before 10AM on a Sunday, and by 11AM the parking lot was full; there were cars circling the lot... More

We had a fun day at the beach, namely Lori Wilson Park. We went in on I Dream Of Jeannie drive (there are two entrances), where we found ample parking, a shower, restrooms and then a boardwalk down to the beach. Lifeguards were present and everyone was having a great time.

This is one of the best places on Cocoa Beach to park if you are driving to the beach. It is family and kid friendly. That being said the Brevard County beaches do allow beer on the beach so long as it is cans. No glass on the beach, please. The parking lot fills on busy days but holds perhaps... More
