My family and I moved to the gulf coast of Florida this past summer. We have spent most of our lives in the north. My wife mentioned to me that while she enjoys what Florida has to offer, she misses heading out each fall to a local apple orchard to pick fruit right off the trees and buy some local... More

Not really impressed. The samples of fruit they had out weren't even ripe. I can get that at the grocery store. We walked out to the orchards and a lot of the fruit has fallen off. The people weren't very attentive nor were they friendly. I think this place is highly over rated.

We returned to S of C, two years since we were last in Florida. A of C has expanded their attractions. The groves aren't larger, but they've added a farm animal zoo area. And a playground. Really like that they offer a greater variety of bags now. They used to have just big bags which were heavy to lug around... More

My family was visiting from Mass & Ny and I allowed my kids to skip school since it was our first time going. IT WAS A BLAST! Our driver Felipe let the kids drive the Monster truck in the open field (12 yr old twins & 4 yr old son) and what a thrill for them it was. My daughter,... More

This isn't a bad place to go; there are a few neat animals to see and it costs nothing to get onto the property. However, if you do end up buying anything, prepare to be gouged. The prices on their citrus and citrus juice is astronomical, and no local in their right mind would pay $10 for a gallon of... More

My grandkids really enjoyed this place. Had a great guide who even let them drive the Monster Truck while doing our tour. Small little play yard and some animals made it even more fun for them. While you are there you can pick your own citrus or buy it already picked. Nice little place and worth seeing.

We had a blast picking oranges, tangerine, lemons and grapefruit! In addition, they have farm animals, safari tours and delicious Gator Chili! This is a must do for a family with children!

We took our grandchildren here and were amazed at all this place offered. The ride on the monster bus was a thrill for the kids. Picking fruit right off the trees was a great experience for all- and tasty! Everyone was super friendly. We also used the covered picnic area and enjoyed it all.

This was a great experience to see nature for the whole family. You get to ride a huge monster truck, wheel chair friendly. After seeing the wild life you get to pick your own citrus fruit.

I met my Dad in Orlando last week (he was there on a business trip) and we went to Showcase of Citrus. It's a lovely little place - nice little attraction while not being too much of a tourist trap (like so many other places near Orlando are!). You can walk through the orange groves, sit on their little pier,... More
