I skipped the tour and just did the tasting. I was there with a friend and we had a ton of fun! I have been to a lot of wineries, and didn't expect to find fairly decent wine at extremely reasonable prices in central florida. Worth a taste if you are passing by! They also gave us mulled wine which... More

The tour includes a short video and a brief look at where they make the wine. You can then taste several at the end of the tour. There is also tasting in the shop if you prefer to skip the tour. The more common wines can be found in the grocer's for less - but they have a few wines... More

The information shared in the video before the tour was quite informative. We sampled 9 different wines. The staff are all first class and enthusiastic about what they do. During the year, they have special events. Check their website for details.

This is one of the best organized vineyards and winery and offers many things for the weekender looking for just a day trip in Central Florida. The Vineyard and Winery is located on US Route 27 just north of Clermont and easy to get to. It has many weekend festivals including wine tasting, wine & chocolate tasting, along with craft... More

I mean in reality this should be more like 4 stars, but the service and information is what takes it over the top! This is one of the few actual wineries in the area, and it's worth the drive to go to, especially if you like sweeter wines. They only use muscadine and muscadine hybrids for their wine, so you... We have heard many great things about this winery. You can sample some of the wines. There is also a tour you can take. While we were there, there was a musical festival going on right on the property. What a great way to spend a nice afternoon listening to some really good music and enjoy your wine. For those... I enjoyed this winery. The film at the beginning was informative, and our guide was very knowledgeable about the winery and wine in general. I am from the UK, and had never heard of the muscadine grape variety. This made the tasting very interesting as all this winery's wines are made from this grape variety. One criticism - if you... Took both the tour and tasting, was not disappointed with either. Our tour guide was very fun and made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. The wines are mostly reds and whites, but enjoyable. Favorite was the mulled wine with the red. The tasting was free, and they even ship!

We had friends visiting and we had already completed the parks and other attractions. We were looking to have a leisurely afternoon and decided to check out Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards. Unfortunately the winery was not in production but we were able to enjoy the video and take a tour. Afterwards we enjoyed tasting the various wines from Lakeridge. We... More
