I lived in Florida as a kid in the 80's and i don't recall having to pay to go to the end of that pier or any pier. That was was lame, but it was necessary for the photo op. There are a bunch of vendors at the beginning of the pier which was convenient, but not what i was... More

Only visited it on a night, great to see all the stalls with their different crafts, the lovely shop had a great variety of goods and also had the opportunity to see a dolphin swimming around in the shallow water under the pier, nice relaxed family atmosphere.

We paid $1 to go on the pier 60 to observe we met Tom he is a volunteer and he helps people with their fish and baiting their hooks. Fun to watch and he introduced us to Mooch the white Heron.

Great place to see beautiful sunsets, pelicans, blue herons, dolphins, and even do some fishing. Only costs $1 to go to the end of the pier. There are vendors selling all different kinds of crafts along the pier as well.

We got back from our dolphin excursion and decided to check out Pier 60 because of all the reviews. I just don't understand the hype. It's a pier with a playground and a tourist shop. It's free, but there's nothing there, people! It could be that we didn't have kids with us, so we didn't need a "free activity" to... More

Not a lot to say about the pier, except that we walked beneath it while walking the beach. Did see a photographer taking photos of some young children under the pier with the ocean in the background. Looked like a great photo spot.

Had a quick dinner at the Puer. The foot long hot dog with chili, cheese and onions is HUGE for the price. Very good. Fish Sandwich awesome top. The Souvenir Drink cup is fantastic pay once refills for $1.00 Chips or hot French fries with meals. Several nice choices for a Pier Concession Stand. Then walked the Pier. Great show... More

Neat place to check out. The street performers are cool and the artesian tables are great. Movies at the front of the pier for kids playing on a huge inflatable outdoor movie screen. Catch the sunset take in the sights and cool breeze off the gulf. We all loved it. You can pay a dollar to go all the way... More

We loved walking out on the pier, we did it every night during our stay. The gift shop had basic souvenirs at good prices, as well as the vendors located on the pier around sunset.
