You have to pay $1 per person and extras if planning to fish. Lovely evening walk with stalls to look at.

Nice pier, always hopping with tourists, awesome sunsets. The pier offers food, fishing, and night time entertainment. We did try the fishing, although we didn't catch anything, we saw lots of cool fish from the pier.

Didn't go there during the day, but the night life was pretty cool. Had some vendors selling crafts, street performers and an interesting mix of people. Worth a look if you are in the area.

Easy access to pier, beach, bar, and food shops. You have to go a bit inland for more options but overall the place is well kept and accessible.

This was a last minute trip to the beach and I'm so glad that we went. We were able to rent a cabana for 5 hours for $25 as soon as we walked onto the beach. Next time I'll rent an umbrella due to it being easier to position as the sun changed points in the sky. The sand was... More

I had heard a lot about Pier 60 and was therefore expecting a lot. It's a very cool place, much smaller than I had anticipated, but very lively every night, we saw street performers and there are stalls all along the pier. It's a really fun place to do go in the evening for awhile but not for the whole... More

My husband and I returned to Pier 60 during our vacation to specifically purchase some gifts from one of the vendors that make jewelry from antique silverware. I had purchased a few items for myself in April 2014 and returned in August 2014 to purchase some gifts for my family. I have received more compliments on the jewelry that they... More

I love the arts and crafts for sale at sunset. The playground is big and the street performers are fun to watch. I loved that they had music, too. You have to watch for shady characters, though. Even early in the morning I was accosted by drug addicts and homeless folks asking me for spare change.
