This was the location of my wife and my honeymood. We stayed at a friend's house, so we cannot comment on any hotel ammenities or accomodations. But the city was quiet and quaint, and we had a relaxing time. The Pier 60 is the place to go. Coming into the pier you enter a round-about, which to non-local drivers and... more

Pier 60 is always one of our favorite evening activities, just as the sun sets. We look forward to the typical jewelry and crafts for sale and a number of changing entertainers from musical groups, fire-jugglers and commedians to the orange-haired guy who claims to be an alien. The scene is like a mini-Venice Beach. From the Pier, we're ready... more

Doesn't quite live up to the sunset festivals in Key West but still a do-not-miss attraction. We went twice during our visit, wish there were more vendors and a little less jewelry but still fun to look. By far the best on Pier 60 are the spray paintings by Dave Siddens. He is an amazing talent and his paintings are... more

This place really disappointed us. It was really crowded and the crafters that were set up there were mediocore at best. I will say the artists doing sketches of kids were talented. I was hoping to find jewelery and I think my daughters could've bought a kit from Walmart & done as well. Many of the items were tacky &... more

We just got home from our Florida vacation three days ago and I can't stop thinking about the beauty of it all. We really enjoyed our visit to Pier 60 as the sunset was unbelievable, the sand was amazing, the playground greatly enjoyed by our 5 and 6 year old, and the street entertainers are talented people! Yes - bring... more

The sunset shows at Pier 60 can not be missed! It was the one thing on my list I wanted to do while visiting and I was not disappointed. First, get there in time for the sunset...it's amazing! Skip the walk to the end of the pier...it's only .50 but not much different than the rest of the pier. Some... more

First of all, I want to tell you that the beaches and area of Clearwater Beach are unbeatable, there is no better out there, so I was not suprised to see this wonderful pier on my first trip to the area. They have nightly sunset festivals, every night, no matter what the weather is like. This is a very nice... more

I purposely went on a Saturday evening hoping there would be some activity even though our visit was during the low tourist season (Jan 24th). I was told the action begins around 4PM (we arrived around 6PM). We spent our time taking pictures with ‘Jack Sparrow’, and watching two sidewalk entertainers; one who put on a fire show and another... more

This place will stay in my mind as one of the most memorable places we have visited.Great for all ages. We were staying in Orlando but booked in at the The Seawake Beach resort for one night to be able to visit Pier 60 and not have to drive back the same day. It was a lovely relaxing walk over... more
