Nice pier to walk on or fish from (although you have to pay to fish). It gets crowded in the evenings with the vendors selling their items, but it's interesting to walk it and watch the sunset.

We walked to the Pier a couple of evenings during our vacation. We walked out on the pier once. It is full of vendors selling different items. You can only walk so far and then you have to pay to go further. We watched a couple of performers in the evenings that were pretty entertaining.

I gave it 5 stars even though finding a parking place is hard. But if or when you do the atmosphere is magical in the evenings. Arts and crafts vendors line the pier with interesting items. There are all kinds of entertainment on the beach area. You can rent rods or pay to fish with your own gear on the... More

Walked around here most evenings after dinner during our visit. Street acts and different vendors selling their wares. Nice place to stroll around and soak in the beach in the evening.

Definitely worth a stroll all the way to the end (bring 50 cents to get past the halfway point). It's a great place to enjoy the breeze off the water, and get excellent views of the beach. The Sunset Festival always brings out an interesting, eclectic crowd to add to the evening fun. Bonus... at night you can catch people... More

Awesome sunset celebration every day with entertainment, artists and unbeatable views! It was an easy walk from hotels, shopping and dining as well. We loved it so much we went both nights we were in town.

First time with this, so have nothing to compare to. But my children thought It was fun and it made a beach trip fun. We enjoyed the outdoor entertainment and the vendors. Wlaked to the end, paying the dollar per person and it became a quiet, nice experience.
