Lots to see and do for families at Pier 60. Vendors, street performers, sand and sunsets. great place to grab an ice cream and take in the sights and sounds of Clearwater Beach.

Many, many street performers at dusk and they are really, really good! Work for tips, but after you watch them you will feel guilty if you don't leave something, also walk out on the pier, watch sunsets and of course shop and dine.

Good place to people watch while waiting for the sunset. It's repetitious ... Same venders..same stuff to look at ... Nothing new if you have done this before.

The area around the pier is nice. The view is beautiful and beach is very clean. The pier itself was not impressive. I thought there we're be more unique vendors. The street performers were to aggressive with their requests for tips. Not what I expected. Parking hard to find and expensive. 15.00 a car if you can find a place

The pier was great on my first day and cost only $1.00 clean Restrooms, cheap cold drinks, lite supplies. Fishing gear. Great views and look back at Beach and all that comes with that. Sunsets great too. Second day in time for festival set up and the vendors and their wears. Some interesting things and some well you be the... More

Having been to both Key West and Clearwater, the comparison with regard to the Pier area in each is an easy one. Key West has what feels like an older, more established performer-based fun and games area for sunset viewing. Clearwater has a lovely Pier, and lots of specialty stands and street performers helping usher in the sunset, but it... More

We love this area and stayed at the Hilton which is right next to the Pier. You can fish off of it and purchase bait from the onsite bait shop if you wish. A small gift/ice cream shop is just off of the Pier itself. We were there during the Sugar Sand festival where you can visit the sand castles... More

In the evenings, it was fun to walk through all the vendors, and during the way we took a stroll as well. Did not pay the extra dollar to go all the way to the end. You can also pay extra to fish.
