Played course on Oct. 22. Price was very reasonable but compared too past experience the course was in terrible shape. The fairways were still suffering from all of the earlier rain but in addition were all cut up. The greens were fair but overall not as good as most less known tracks in the area. A considerable amount of time,... More

Have recently been in Florida on holiday the rain meant we had to play a few courses with wet underfoot conditions. However when I played this course on October 7th it was like a swamp and totally unfit for play. That did not stop them charging me full price, including rental clubs at the same price as the green fee.... More

The golf course club house is first class and the fairways and greens are in good shape. That said, there's not a lot of variety in the holes and the course is pretty flat. We were all coughing the first few holes from something, not sure if it was newly fertilized around the clubhouse, but as we got on the... More

I played three golf courses in Clearwater 5-13 May 2014: Belleview Biltmore, Clearwater Country Club, and Chi Chi Rodriguez. Chi Chi was in the best condition by far and Clearwater in terrible condition. Clearwater lacked water jugs and ball washers on the course. Broken tees had not been picked up in days. Tees were so near the previous greens to... More

This course is a fun course to tackle. The scenery is nice, and there is almost always a breeze coming off the gulf. We played on a Saturday, in season, and I think we paid $32 pp. The course was not too crowded and was in excellent condition.

If you plan on coming to the course and 19th hole. Switch gears and go to one of the more upscale courses this area has to offer. Bar the service from the amazing bartender(I think her name was christa) this place is an absolute dump. Tried to speak to the General Manager, I was told he was on the course... More

This course was in very good condition, well manicured and with quite fast greens. I was quite pleas3ed with it although it didn't have the most interesting layout. i would certainly play it again, but i find some other courses in the area a bit more interesting

The course has a great mix of holes. The condition of the course was also very good. This and St. Pete CC would be the two choices of the courses I played while in St. Petersburg.

Played on November 17, 2013 with my brothers who are residents of FL and the course was in great shape. I previously lived in Houston, TX where they over seed the greens in the winter months with rye grass and the greens are like putting on shag carpeting. BBC has a new breed of bent grass that survives in the... More

Played 18 holes on two consecutive days and was thoroughly impressed with the Pro Shop staff and condition of the golf course. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It is a Donald Ross course that is very challenging. I played from the back tees (6600 yds.). You have to pick and choose where to hit the ball and the greens... More
