I have been on this tour more than once and had a great experience. Though it has only taken this one ridiculous situation for me to never go back. Their customer service is horrible, one simple solution to a problem seemed to be an earth shattering inconvenience. I lost a 50 dollar voucher simply because I needed to reschedule they... More

My husband and I went on the sunset tour; we were originally scheduled for the afternoon dolphin tour but we missed our appointment and the friendly staff member gladly switched us to the later time. The tour was scenic, but lacked factual narration which I've experienced on other tours in Miami and Palm Beach. This seemed to be more of... More

What a fun way to spend a sunny afternoon. We got to see they dolphins playing almost immediatly. I do not find the all you can drink wine & beer wrist bands worth the extra $15 cost. Mixed drinks are way over priced. But the boat, the crew and the experience were well worth it. Our bar tender Mike was... More

We went on this tour in 2012 and did not see any dolphins, but got a refund to go again . We had a blast both times because you can buy a wrist band for endless beer and wine for 12 bucks. The late cruise we went on the second visit was a blast. (i Don't suggest kids on the... More

This noontime dolphin tour lasted two hours, and was a fun time out on the waters of the Clearwater inlet and gulf. We only saw a few dolphins, but one of them frolicked along side of the boat for 5-10 minutes...So we got a very close-up look at a few of them. The price was right, the day was beautiful,... More

We were gifted the Sunset Tour and it was fine. It's a pontoon type boat so I am surprised that some reviewers expected a dolphin trip. You can see dolphins in this area pretty often, but that is not normally the kind of wake that usually attracts dolphins anyway. The standing price is not bad considering you are going out... More

We booked a trip through Living Social for the 4:00 outing. They called me 20 minutes before we had to be there and cancelled because they only had the five of us. They offered the evening trip that night but we had reservations elsewhere. Being that my guests were from out of town, rebooking the day trip was not possible.... More

We booked a 4 pm dolphin tour. We were to to arrive a hour early. After driving a hour to get there, we arrived at 3 pm. The guy working informed us they canceled the tour because they didn't have enough people booked. I decided to just sit there for a while and I counted at least 20 people that... More

I found a buy one get one free deal on Living Social for our choice of the Dolphin or Sunset cruises. We opted for the Sunset cruise, however on the night we were scheduled to go, the weather wasn't cooperating, and just a few mins after departing, the captain decided to turn the boat around and not risk the weather...
