My family and I really enjoyed this aquarium. We were surprised at the amount of knowledge that all the staff had. We could ask anyone a question about the animals and they would know the answer. I would recommend this as a must.

I loved CMA. It was amazing to actually see Winter and Hope. I really liked the way the facility was set up. The staff was helpful with answering questions and helping you to find whatever you were looking for. Will definitely be going back.

We checked this out because we had seen a Dolphin's Tale (or whatever the movie's name was). The place is laid out well and has some interesting components. The place definitely needs some work as it's already starting to show signs of wear and tear. The marine life is interesting and kids seem to really like it. We got luck... More

We did Disney for 4 days and decided to hit Clearwater to change it up. Only 1 1/2 hours away from Disney area and around the corner to the beach. Kids wanted to meet Winter and Hope so we got tickets online. I have to say, the staff here were all willing to help as much as possible. Always asking... More

My daughter had a blast meeting Winter, touching the sting arrays there's nothing to dislike, taking picture with the dolphin. You get to know the real story about Winter and how the changed people's life with disabilities.

I'm a proud season pass holder to the Clearwater water aquarium and I enjoy my visit every time that I go. All the animals here are rescue animals that cannot be released into the wild because they would not survive in the wild. Technically this is an animal rescue/rehab facility but it is sooo much more. You learn so much... More

The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is an aquarium that is primarily an marine rehab facility that displays some marine life to help educate and entertain the public. They also are connected to the Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 movies because this is where they filmed some parts of the movie. This is also where they have Hope and Winter, the... More

My boys are not "Winter fanatics" but they do like aquariums. We visited while the aquarium was undergoing renovations, and as others say, this is very different from a typical aquarium. However, the smaller, intimate scale was nice and we all enjoyed the "behind the scenes" aspects of this place. If I had paid full price and hadn't found the... More

I really wanted to go see winter and was able to do that. Also saw other animals that otherwise wouldn't make it in the wild. It is small but worth the visit. It's good to contribute and see the worthwhile cause as opposed to animals held in captivity for entertainment. I would recommend for the learning experience. All the staff... More

I visited recently while on vacation. It was an interesting facility, and I enjoyed seeing the dolphins, turtles, otter, and stingrays. It is not a large typical touristy aquarium, but I still enjoyed my visit nevertheless. Petting the stingrays was fun! The price is a bit high for the size of the place, but I didn't mind because I know... More
