We recently rode in the balloon at DownTown Disney. I believe it's called "characters in flight". We were surprised that it was relatively inexpensive. I think it was $16 per adult and $10 for the children. The ride is about 15 minutes. It goes by quick but it was something fun and different to do. You are able to see... More

This is a fun place to come if you're "parked" out or just looking for some night life fun. There are tons of shops and little "shows" to take in. There's a free water taxi behind rain forest cafe that takes you to the "west" side. (saves a lot of walking and it's fun) There are lots of restaurants and... More

The Earl of Sandwich makes the most awesome sandwiches and is extremely reasonable. A must-do every time we go to Kissimmee.

This is one of our favorite places to go to enjoy the day. We've been here several times and have never had a bad experience! The cool thing about Downtown Disney is that you get the great Disney service without the huge Disney price tag. Sure, if you want there are lots of places to spend money and honestly, the... More

Before my family left for Orlando, everyone said how we shouldn't miss Downtown Disney. Well I wish I had missed it. Overcrowded with people. Could not get into stores to look around. Waste of time.

We took a 'day off' from the theme parks to have a leisurly day here. Kids loved playing w/ the leggos at Leggo at the Leggo store, as well as w/ the Mr Potato Heads at the 'Once Upon a Toy' store. Earl of Sandwich is a great inexpensive sandwich (although the sandwich looks nothing like the picture of it).... More

Shops are overpriced, and there are too many of them. Lego shop was fun, & free water taxi is great. Other than that, not too many highlights for families w/ kids.
