I love the entire downtown Disney area for their unique shops and themed, awesome restaurants. I really liked DisneyQuest, a 3 floor arcade. Each floor has a special theme. I would definitely return, although my 8 year old son didn't like that the games don't offer tickets or prizes.

Every trip to DisneyWorld includes a trip to Downtown to do a little bit of shopping and grab a bite to eat. There is a wide variety of shops within downtown offering every Disney apparel you can think of and then some, including a specialist Christmas shop for those Disney Christmas items. There are many places to enjoy a bite... More

it is a pleasant experience with many eating places and disney merchandise shops.the new starbucks next to world of disney was popular.the building work was very evident and no doubt it will be nice when finished, the new multistorey car park will allow more parking but looks out of place.

I was here in Dec 2013 when they were just starting to put up construction walls. Now, there are walls everywhere with all the work being done. It is VERY tight in some places as a lot of people visit DTD. Some of the shops I had been to before were either closed for renovation or simply closed (from the... More

If you have little ones, don't really bother going to the left side. It's all shops (not very Disney oriented) but still some good shopping if that's what you want. The right side was a blast for me and my daughter. The Disney radio was there and how those employees interact with the kids was wonderful, adults and kids were... More

The whole place is bring revamped and expanded so it is a bit of a chore to get in and out of. This was my first taste of Disney and while I enjoyed myself I did find everything to be quite expensive. We were on a mission for some Nightmare Before Christmas items-specifically Christmas ornaments to add to my tree.... More

I have to tell you I have been to Downtown Disney a lot and I do not live in Florida. They are finally addressing the parking issue with building parking garages but it is a bit of a mess right now with construction. Lots of shopping for Mouse gear here and it never disappoints. The Lego store keeps up with... More

If you're going to Disney, or even just passing through Orlando, Downtown Disney is a must! There is so much amazing stuff there-- shops, entertainment, restaurants, and more. We went at night and the night life atmosphere was so much fun! Great for people of all ages. It really completes and enhances the Disney experience.

It's going to be fab,,, changing the image to more bars, restaurants and theatre. More adult themes new covered parking etc. right now it's a nightmare at peak. Disney goers of old...there is only one Disney bus stop at Market place end...west end only reachable by walking through, boat to Blues Brothers or car/external transport. Needs leaving out of your... More

We spent a few hours here shopping and eating. We got beef sliders at one of the food trucks-very good, then got dessert at Ghiardellis-yummy! We stopped at Basin to check out the soaps and washed our hands with an exfoliating scrub-even my husband could not believe how soft his hands were after-great stuff. We bowled at Splitsville, then watched... More
