We came down two evenings while in Kissimmee for a walk and experience. First night was Disneyquest. It is being 're-imagined' which is the twee way Disney mean being done up!! So there is a bit of building work going on. It looks as though they are putting in a multistory carpark and a couple of other things. Parking is... More

The main road leading to downtown Disney was a nightmare. The road as well as Downtown Disney are under-construction leaving travelers confused on where to park. Once you finally figure out parking you are then treated to another maze of barricades lining the walkways. I'd skip it until they finish construction.

The diversity in restaurants and stores. The unexpected shows and presentations popping up all over.

Very nice fun place to stroll through. Unfortunately if your vegan it will be very difficult to find food.

Come on disney. Really? Construction is horrible. Maps around not well displayed. Other hand, cirque is amazing! TRex is so fun! Dance party rocked! Hire a private driver. We did and it was still hard to get out of there!

We stayed at a Disney hotel and it was recommended we went to Downtown Disney. Before we went we obtained a map which showed shops and restaurants, interspersed with green areas, however when we arrived we were surprised, the place was being rebuilt and there are 6-8 foot fencing panels blocking off many areas, turning it into what felt like... The first time I went to Downtown Disney I was blown away. So much to see and do. There is shopping; shopping and more shopping. There are attractions to see and restaurants to feed anyone's taste. Places for kids and those with unique layouts like the steam boat(can't remember the name of restaurant). Quest is there for all kinds of... More

We come to Orlando often, and Downtown Disney is always on the list of places to go. This time, though, it is, literally, a maze of 10'-11' high wood boarding. Although painted and somewhat decorated, it is confusing to look at, and strange to make your way around because there is so little to visually stimulate your senses. The usual... More
