I have some advice if you want to go to WDW and DTD. 1. Must have early booking some restaurants for dinner If you want to have nice dinner at restaurants in DTD, you must book the table beforehand. Somehow, in all of Disney parks, there are no good restaurants, just only for selling some snacks, burgers, pizzas, so we... More

This is a great place to go if you happen to pass it. It is a good taste of Disney if you don't want to pay the park admission. There are lots of shops and restaurants plus a lot of live outdoor music. It is very entertaining. It has a lot of variety and brings a lot of enjoyment. It... More

Downtown Disney is a shopping and food area that has its positives and negatives. I visited it twice and took the bus from a Disney resort and the bus system worked well (wait times were decent). There are two bus drop off spots, which I think can be confusing. There is construction (for a new parking structure) so the "middle"... More

This is a great place to go if you can't afford the Disney parks or simply don't plan to go. There is no admission or parking charge. There are many shops, restaurants and musicians performing outside. It is a great place to walk around and take in the sights. We went twice during our visit to Florida, once at night... More

I always love to visit Downtown Disney when I go to Orlando and it was beautiful as always, but a little more cramped then usual. First off they are building way too much at one time and it takes away from enjoying the shops. They are also building a parking garage? I think and that took away from finding a... More

We decided to take the children to experience Disney. It was worse than Oxford street at Christmas. Wall to wall people, children and buggys all looking for a place to eat. The majority of the area has 8ft boards saying under construction. We ate in the Italian, overpriced and average quality. Everywhere you looked were queues. This is not a... More

After this trip, I don't know why anyone would ever pay $100 per person per day to go to disney world. Downtown Disney grants all the benefits of Disney World (music, disney vibe, characters, happiness, etc.) without the price, long lines, and short satisfaction of mediocre rides. The Irish pub next to Cookes of Dublin is a great late night... More

We had no money, so we walked downtown Disney and there were lots of free pic opportunities and the Lego and dinosaur areas had free activities for the kids. It was a very nice evening walk. We really enjoyed it.

Shopping and eating! Love all the shops and the variety. Lego Land is also there and a great attraction for the whole family.
