We were lucky enough to be on the first "new" tour of the Cape Canaveral lighthouse and Air Force station. Also included in the cost of this bus tour is a visit to the Exploration Tower at the port. It was excellent from start to finish! We learned so much and it was very informative!! There's also a visit at... More

A guided bus tour around the space centre, truly amazing, a lot to take in and the tour was not rushed, the tour ended with a visit to the Space Shuttle Atlanta and one of the last remaining Apollo Space Rockets. To fully take in the experience, I would have to go back and do the trip again, totally amazing.... More

VIsited NASA Cape Canaveral whilst visiting family in Florida. Last visited about 15 years ago and heard there was launch this time which was sadly cancelled due to weather. However the experience was amazing. The 2 hour tour of the launch pad area was the hi-light and seeing the sheer size and scale of everything and being so close was... More

We went here recently as a group of four adults and while some of us had been years ago we hadnt taken the tour. There are also a lot of improvements here since we last visited and the whole place is well run and the staff are excellent. Very interesting and well worth a full day or thereabouts as there... This is a must if you are in Florida. You can go on a bus tour, out to the launch och the spece craft/Rocket. You can even se the launch ramp of the Apollo 11.

There is a lot to see and do here, more than I expected, and the shuttle take off simulator experience was great, the displays and talks fascinating/informative ,well worth the visit .Not so much for very young children though, more for 'big kid' adults and teens.

The actual AF Station was closed due to heightened threats, but the museum was really interesting and the staff very informative. There was a great selection of gifts and we purchased many things. They close at 2pm on Fridays, but stayed open a little longer for our visit. We especially like the pictures of the space animals, the monkeys mostly!
