so interesting to see how space travel had evolved over the years. Many different size rockets and their history and when they were launched.

This is a great place to see how the US space program grew from the early days and small rockets to the later days of the moon launch and growth in size of the equipment involved.

The entire history of the US space program is contained in these rockets placed at the outdoor exhibit of the Kennedy Space Center. It is awesome to be among all of those towering wonders.

The sheer size is amazing and has to be seen close up. You can actually walk on the platform that Neil, Bud and Michael used to enter the craft. You can sit in a shuttle and play on interactive games. Excellent all round.

This is one of the first places ones visits when entering the Kennedy Space Center. You can't miss it. You see it from the road even before you park. This is a great walking history of the early space program of NASA. There is even a guided tour that is available.

Guided tour seeing all the rockets used from day 1 of the Space Race. We were taken around the garden of rockets by a very knowledgeable Lady (no names here) but if she reads this we wish to say thank you for your kindness and the informative tour. The answer to your first question is "Sputnik" and the answer to... More

It's amazing to stand under these historically significant rockets. Impressive. The tour guide is very informative. Frequent and free tours, take about 20 minutes. There are also many capsules that you can get in, also the Orange walkway that the astronauts walked to the launch. You can walk in their footsteps.

The Rocket Garden is inside the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and as such, you have to pay admission to see it. Once here, you get to see eight or nine rockets chronicling the history of America's space program. Among these rockets are a Mercury-Atlas rocket, and Mercury, Gemini, and an Apollo rocket. This is a must see for any... More

This is the garden on display once you enter the Space Center. It shows some great rockets from the Mercury days and beyond and you can listen to the free guided tour for more educational information. Very nice display and great historical information. You can get in and feel what the capsules were like inside as well. All included with... More
