KSC has changed considerably since we the first time we visited but it's still a must-do for this old space nut. The bus tour no longer stops at the launchpad viewing gantry or the ISS assembly facility but it does now take you much closer to the launchpads before. The Saturn V facility is still awe-inspiring and the new Atlantis... More

Extremely fun attraction. The bus tour was cool because you can see the launch pads. The Saturn V rocket was MASSIVE and its really cool that they have it there. KSC renovated the shuttle simulator so now you can see Space Shuttle Atlantis and there is a slide.

We visited 7/28 with our 10 & 12 year olds. There are so many things to see and do, from rockets to satellites to space shuttles and more. The facility is laid out well and tells the history of our space program excellently. We stayed to see the Delta IV launch and that was the highlight of our vacation, totally... More

In case you need to be reminded of what a Hero looks like, go to the space center. See the astronauts, the I max shuttle and International space center movies. Heck you can have lunch with an astronaut which by the way is pretty amazing. Food was great too. Give yourself two days to visit. It takes one day just... More

We stayed here for hours because it is so interesting - a mixture of history, entertainment and education. I am well travelled and this is one of the most memorable places I've been to. My only criticism is that there could be better restaurants. Otherwise, highly recommended - I really found my inner space geek.

We have been to Kennedy Space Center a number of times. Each time we see something we missed on a previous visit. Our first visit (about 20 years ago) we were driven around the complex and into what seemed like a huge field until you saw the rockets standing in them as if waiting to launch. Seeing the rocket that... More

If you like space you have to visit KSC. There are many great aspects for visitors - Space Shuttle Atlantis, Shuttle Launch Experience, the Apollo and Saturn rockets and the two IMAX movies. Less good was the Angry Birds experience, the catering and the monotone bus driver/guide. You will need 4-5 hours and this can be a bit too long... More

Went to Ksc more than 10 years after the first visit and it was beautiful. A lot of things to see: Atlantis, the IMAX movies and the Angry Bird space. Tip: do not do the "up close-behind the scene" tour. It was a waste of time and money and very boring. Much much better the standard tour.

Nice easy day -- relaxing to walk around to which attractions you'd like to see. Only complaint was the Shuttle simulation -- a bit disappointing considering all the build-up.
