This was our first visit to Florida and this was a must see spot for the whole family. We booked the Then and Now Tour and spent 3 1/2 hours on the tour itself plus the time to go through all the exhibits. We started out at 10:30am and were walking out about 6 pm. We certainly didn't think we... More

The center is a great place to visit, especially for children. A bit pricey though. There are plenty of places to eat and also gift shops.

We really enjoyed the trip through the well-orchestrated adventure of space exploration and the extraordinary history that is associated with it. Admission is $50 each with a $4 discount for Active Duty Military or seniors. The bus trip to the Saturn 5 hanger is a must. Do that first if you can. Don't let the long, sometimes slow lines for... We were always fascinated with space and space flight but with 2 kids under 10 years old, we weren't sure if this was going to be a fun place for all. Well, the kids had a blast we ended up upgrading to an annual membership. So much to see and learn for kids and adults alike! Amazing experience, we have... More

I was selected as one out of 50 NASA Social Media Guest/Invitees for the launch of the Atlas V MMS rocket on March 11-12, 2015. We were given behind the scenes tours of the VAB (Vehicle Assembly Building, ULA (United Launch Alliance), Launch Control Center, tours of the rocket rollout & of Launch Pad 41 on the United States Air... It's a must place to visit, we booked the VIP tour in 2012 and little did we know what was in store, this gives you a much better view of the Cape it's workings and you stop at the buildings and enter, the highlight was the rocket assembly area the largest building on site and when they explain that the... We visited from 10:30 - 3:30 and were able to do the bus tour to Saturn V, rocket garden tour, imax movie and, of course, Atlantis. I even met an astronaut! We followed previous advice and first took the bus out to Saturn V, before seeing Atlantis. I liked this approach because it's somewhat sequential - start with the history... More

Very fun and educational day! Got there when they opened and spent the entire day. I wished I could go back the next day and see more exhibits, IMAX show, and take another bus tour.
