We stop here frequently just to walk and relax. There is a nice covered boardwalk and an exercise trail with equipment.

This was a quiet stop we made one evening after dinner in Cocoa Beach. There is a path to walk along and a picnic area also. We did not see any manatees on our trip, but did see some turtles. Pretty places for photos. Shelter from the sun and benches to rest on.

The view of the river is beautiful but a lot of the view is obsured by trees. Bathrooms are nice and clean walking trail is nice better if trees were trimmed. No luck seeing wildlife.

Beautiful and quiet place to go in the AM before the summer heat! Walked along the boardwalk and sandy path near the water. We saw some mantatees pop out of the water a bunch of times and make there "call" as they surfaced. FUN! Our daughter played around in the water and we also bird watched. Would recommend for a... We have looked for manatees in several locations and have yet to see one. Our running joke is that Manatees are just like the illusive Jack-a-lope. There's nice open play and trails, but no playground.

It was very nice and quite. It is a senior citizen workout area, so there are people walking around frequently, but it is very mellow. We were here for about an hour just watching the water and exploring the small sand areas. We didn't see any wildlife, but it was still somewhat cold.

I have 2 young boys - ages 3 and 6. We enjoy manatee park together all the time. It's large, clean, and I can run on the trail while they ride bikes. We also sometimes travel their via the river on our paddle boards! They love to wade in the shallows along the riverbank, looking for shells and cooling off.... More

There is not too much to say about this park except it is very clean and safe. We have been here several times and we have never seen the manatees or dolphins here but it has a very nice covered picnic table and very clean restrooms. It has a very small walkway and a little bridge. If you are watching... More
