Located in historical Cape Canaveral Florida, Florida Beer Company is...

Located in historical Cape Canaveral Florida, Florida Beer Company is Florida's leading craft brewery. A true pioneer in the craft beer industry, Florida Beer Company has been operating in Brevard County Florida since 1997. In 2005 we merged Indian River Brewery of Melbourne, FL, Ybor City Brewing of Tampa, FL, Key West Brewery of Key West and Miami Brewing of Miami FL into what today is Florida Beer Company. In 2013 Florida Beer Company opened our operations in Cape Canaveral at an old Chrysler Space Operations plant.

The brewery is minutes away from the all cruise terminals at Port Canaveral and easily accessible by a short bus or taxi ride.

Our Visitor Center and Tap Room provides an opportunity to see our brewery in operation. Our beautiful Visitor Center features over 100 feet of plate glass windows giving the visitor a panoramic view of the entire brewery. The brewery features modern craft brewing equipment and technologies openly on display for visitors to view. Florida Beer Company products have been recognized by dozens of prestigious awards from local, national and international competitions. The brewery produces 28 different styles of Ales, Lagers and Ciders. At any give time visitors will find 12 to 14 different products available at the tasting room.

Private tours of the plant are available by special arrangement. Plant tours require proper dress - no open toe shoes or high heels, safety glasses must be worn. 16 and older only in plant.

Children are welcome accompanied by parent, 21 and older to drink or purchase beer and cider - photo ID is required.

We look forward to your visit!

I love to go here with my friends and try the different beers, you can see the brewery from the bar. The inside is ocean theme with life size sea creatures hanging from the ceiling. Some times there is live music.

My friends and I had so much fun on our beer tour and tasting. The beer was delicious and plentiful. Great staff and kudos to Joshua, our driver from the cruise ship....round and round we go!

Decided to walk here from the pier coming off the NCL Breakaway. GPS approx a 20 minute walk so we decided to go for it. Although you can walk a taxi or some means of transport is ADVISABLE. It was hot some areas had no sidewalks and we weren't thinking of the return trip. The first thing you notice inside... More

At first glance, the building looks like a windowless factory and we thought we missed the retail location. If you pull into the parking lot and look to your left, you'll see the white sign that marks the tasting rooms. This place is great. Large open space that has windows into the brewery and a selection of proprietary beers that... More

The facilities are clean, the bartenders are knowledgeable and kind, MANY types of beer to choose from including exotic seasonals. You see all types of people in there, tourists, locals, business men, etc. With in walking distance from some hotels. They do not sell food but you can bring food or have it delivered!

We visited as an excursion on a cruise and had a fantastic time. It was a good tour, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. And more importantly all of the beer was really really excellent. I also liked the half pint sizes for the tastings. I absolutely recommend visiting if you're in the area... More

We went on a Sunday during football season. They had tons of TVs. Great atmosphere. The beers were also great. They offer flights so you can try them all and they also sell by the 6. After our flights, we bought some raspberry cider and played tabletop shuffleboard. What a blast!! They also had giant connect 4 and a huge... More

It has really grown. I had visited this place back when they were located in Melbourne and wow, the new place is so much bigger and nicer. Don’t get wrong I liked the old place but they have so much more to offer at the new one. The building is wonderful, clean and big. They have adult and children games,... More
