Description: Located in historical Cape Canaveral Florida, Florida Beer Company is...
Located in historical Cape Canaveral Florida, Florida Beer Company is Florida's leading craft brewery. A true pioneer in the craft beer industry, Florida Beer Company has been operating in Brevard County Florida since 1997. In 2005 we merged Indian River Brewery of Melbourne, FL, Ybor City Brewing of Tampa, FL, Key West Brewery of Key West and Miami Brewing of Miami FL into what today is Florida Beer Company. In 2013 Florida Beer Company opened our operations in Cape Canaveral at an old Chrysler Space Operations plant. The brewery is minutes away from the all cruise terminals at Port Canaveral and easily accessible by a short bus or taxi ride. Our Visitor Center and Tap Room provides an opportunity to see our brewery in operation. Our beautiful Visitor Center features over 100 feet of plate glass windows giving the visitor a panoramic view of the entire brewery. The brewery features modern craft brewing equipment and technologies openly on display for visitors to view. Florida Beer Company products have been recognized by dozens of prestigious awards from local, national and international competitions. The brewery produces 28 different styles of Ales, Lagers and Ciders. At any give time visitors will find 12 to 14 different products available at the tasting room. Private tours of the plant are available by special arrangement. Plant tours require proper dress - no open toe shoes or high heels, safety glasses must be worn. 16 and older only in plant. Children are welcome accompanied by parent, 21 and older to drink or purchase beer and cider - photo ID is required. We look forward to your visit!

Went here as a Norwegian cruise line excursion. Nice tour though it was so loud i couldn't hear the guide. No problem for me though since I've been on lots of other brewery tours. As part of the tour we got 5 free pints, or 10 half pints. I went for the half points so I could try more beer!... More

The beer is good. The servers are nice. They really need to sell some sort of food but you can bring you own.

Stopped by for a tour. The tour was short but informative. With the Tour Ticket we received a flight of 4 beer/ciders which were great!! Also a beer glass to take home. Definitely worth the $10 admission. Beer was great and beer-tenders were very helpful in picking out our beer/ciders. I would definitely good back for another flight. I wish... More

Florida Beer Company, they have all kinds of hand crafted beer, hard cider and logger. No food, just beer. (They do have a few soft drinks.)We took a tour of the brewery. Jake, (not from State Farm and not the pirate) lead the tour. He explained all about the process. It was $10 for each w person. That includes a... More

Had a great day visiting brewery, flights were cold and tasty. Kid friendly, and even had an Easter egg hunt. It appears that they are usually kid friendly. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the beer was very tasty and would recommend anyone who enjoys craft beer to stop in. Bottles in six packs available for sale at this... More

The looks from the outside is misleading. There is a complete brewery inside! We took a tour and its not only interesting, its really cool. I had the beer flight and it was hard to choose a favorite. They do not serve food but you can order pizza and have it delivered. Staff was friendly and knowledgable about the beer.... More

I just left Florida Beer Company and Iive here. Met some friends for the Frisbee competition. I was drinking the Traditional Cider all day and each glass I saw little bugs but chalked it up to being outside...my last drink I ordered I stayed inside for the AC and found 5 more bugs in my glass.. The duo that performs regularly are the Beach Bums. John Hopf is a singer songwriter who performs all of his own tunes at the Florida Beer Company. As a musician he is heavily influenced by Neil Young, James Taylor, John Fogerty and many others from the 60's and 70's. This duo attracts fans from all over the space coast. The... More

My only complaint was the lack of knowledge about the beers and ciders. Coming from vermont we love knowing the history of the beers we are about to consume. They wouldn't even tell us where the apples come from for their ciders. Onto the experience though we thoroughly enjoyed the majority of the beers. The swamp ape double ipa was... More
