We visited March/2009 during Spring Break. When we were driving out from Orlando, we had a hard time planning our trip on our GPS. Even on the KSC brochure, there was no address for the visitor centre. We were really confused whether the visitor centre was in Titusville or actually over the bridge into Cape Canaveral. Once we were on... more

The process of getting into the park is not efficient and is somewhat frustrating. Airport security seems like a well oiled machine compared to this process. Also, there is a noticable shortage of staff to guide you as to where to go. The Shuttle Simulator is really not for kids that aren't adventurers. It';s very loud, and banging on the... more

Had a great visit at Kennedy Space Center during my Easter vacation in Florida! After arriving we had the tickets already printed from the Internet. Had the standard admision, and a NASA Up Close Tour. This extra tour ads a couple of extra stops compared to the standard bus tour. you have the posibility of getting closer to the Space... more

Visited Mon Dec 17th 2007 early afternoon with husband and 4 yr old, taking bus access to first and second stations and some of visitor centre. We were told we could revisit again within 7 days. Little did we know how complicated the second visit would be... We were also not informed about upcoming GPS rocket launch which we learned... more

to really rate this place. Found out we saw only a tiny bit, The Visitor Complex March 3rd, 2009 First car out of 8-10, so must say - not crowded at all. Lots of security - had to turn on camera and video recorder - show everything in my bag - which is ok with me. $ 78 for the... more

We actually didn't go to the Kennedy Space Center but we did view a night launch of a Delta II rocket. It was so worth the short drive from Orlando. The experience was close to being the best of the trip and it was free!!! We had got a tip from a local space photographer us to where to view... more

We went to the Space Center with a 12 year old space nut, which might explain our high rating. This kid cannot get enough of anything to do with space or astronauts, and he was in heaven for two whole days. We were lucky enough to get to Cape Canaveral the day they launched an unmanned rocket, so we did... more

KSC has moved from an "educational" experience to a "funducational" experience as best I can describe. What was once a $12/person admission is now almost $40, but instead of a museum with a couple of space movies, they've opened up a great bus tour with a lot of behind the scenes look at the program. You will learn alot. Pack... more

A great place, but I wish I had never done the 3 hour bus tour. We had our six year old with us. The imax movies were GREAT as they are free with admission. The space shuttle that you can walk into is great, as is the children's play zone. Meeting an astronaut is very cool. I wish we had... more

We were staying at nearby Cocoa Beach and decided to visit the Space Center, just because we were so close. The admission tickets are good for a return trip within seven days, so we went back the next day too. We went back because we loved it and didn't get to do everything on the first day! The space shuttle... more
