Simply fantastic and very evocative visit. Brilliant to relive the whole space race experience and be heartened by the future plans. Pay the extra and take the coach ride to the Launch Control centre.

we have just returned from an excellent tour by Florida Dolphin Tours to the Kennedy space Centre and an airboat tour. the coach was beautifully clean, on time and efficient. we were taken to the Lone Cabbage Fishing Camp where we were loaded onto the airboats, given ear defenders and whisked off into the swamps to see the wildlife, including... With the competition from other attractions I think it was great choice to visit Kennedy, as the wait times are now almost none existent, but the quality is still very much there. We did a family ATX (Astronaut Training Program) which the kids through was fantastic and were very fortunate to meet a previous shuttle commander and acting director of... More

Of all the things to see there, the Atlantis visit is a must see. Very well done. A lot of the other exhibits were good too but some are getting a little "dated?" The bus tour was good but trying to understand the guy talking was very tough. Not quite on par with some of the other parks in the... More

the history, the drama, the shuttle something beyond fantastic. wasn't sure what to expect but it takes you through the history and the brilliance of the human race and the bravery of man to move beyond our planet. the shuttle hanger brings a chill to your core when you walk the exhibition, just amazing. the bus trip was sublime as... My day at KSC started at 1pm with a tour that you can conveniently purchase at a ticket machine at the front gate - KSC Up-Close Launch Control Center Tour. Some of the exhibits literally brought tears to my eyes which I was in such awe to see such groundbreaking and historic things like the Atlantis Shuttle. Near the Saturn... More

KSC isn't the average Florida attraction. It's a unique learning experience that gets the average person closer to cosmic sciences better than anywhere else. This amazing place isn't for snobs who expect rides and demand cheap thrills. If you want that, take the Disney exit. It's a place for people to go to learn more about a universe that is... More

There's not much more one can say generally about the KSC visitor's complex that many other reviewers haven't already said. This review is more about some of the logistics for the visitor's center itself, plus the Saturn V building (the Atlantis exhibit, rocket garden, and the up-close bus tour to to the launch complex, are all covered in separate reviews)....
