What a tired old venue with such an exciting past. We did get to hear some interesting facts from one of our bus tour drivers but this place really needs to be upgraded. The shuttle lift off ride was a joke and the entire place looks like its about to be closed down. Only fun for the true enthusiasts. Certainly... More

It has been a long time since our last visit even though we only live 50 miles away. We wanted to see the Atlantis Space Shuttle on display. We did have to sit thru 2 movies before they let us in to see the shuttle. We were only a few feet away when in the past since 1981, we only... More

Spent the whole day at Kennedy Space Center. Did two "Up Close" tours, including the "Then and Now" tour that took us over to the Air Force station where we got to push the button that launched Alan Shepherd into space. One of the best vacation experiences of my life (and I have been to more than 50 countries). My... More

Amazing place to take the kids and family. Kids should be around 5 years or older... and get them ready for some good walking. It may get boring at times, so make sure you plan some fun stuff for them to do. People are very nice, and there is lots to do. It's not a cheap place to go to,... More

When we were planning our trip to Florida, this was the first place we wanted to go. We were here in the early 1980's and were blown away with what we saw. Again the sights and sounds that you experience are unbelievable. but we had some not so good experiences. The ticket center is the first stop and was very... More

They were kicking us out of the gates! We drove up from Miami and thought half the day would be plenty of time, and we didn't even see all the exhibits. The tour out to the launch pad, and launch room demonstration is AMAZING! the launch simulation is really cool, and I could have spent hours more looking at the... More

the website does not do the complex justice...it will take a whole day to really do it all..we were there on a launch day and got to meet some of the mission planners for a science satellite - Atlantis and Saturn V buildings are wonderful - simulator is fun - want to go back for another launch - all in...
